She-Hulk: Attorney at Law: Ribbit and Rip It (2022)
I want to believe in the better future.
That was just not the Daredevil we all expected to see. How could the Devil of Hell's Kitchen lose all his mystery and charm in under a minute? She-Hulk is a come-and-go character, but Hornhead has a massive fan base with great expectations for the character's appearance. I just want to believe Marvel will do better next time they present Matt Murdock in his solo project, otherwise, it will be a disaster. So far Marvel looks like they radically shift the focus toward a younger audience and lost well-established project quality at the same time. This is a very dangerous trend as many people already cannot keep up with the massive amount of new shows and projects quality going downhill will obviously make them reconsider their watching preferences.
Atlanta: Cancer Attack (2022)
The best episode so far
I love the suspense in this episode. Although I knew Socks did have stolen the phone, I just felt it, it was still an utterly unpredictable story to watch. And I absolutely loved Willey's song. I want to see more episodes like this.
Red Notice (2021)
A generic world-class-thief movie with lack of sense
I didn't watch this movie when it first came out. I thought it might be the next Ocean's Eleven or Catch me if you can. I was wrong. The movie is just a generic kid's adventure with bad dialogue, lame jokes, clumsy CGI, and a very meh main story. I think most of all expected Netflix to become an HBO of online streaming services, but it turned out to be just The CW.
The Gray Man (2022)
Way too much mediocre
This could have been a nice movie had it some kind of tension in its story and unexpected turnovers. Just like the early Bourne story which was absolutely gorgeous and kept me up to the last second. But it didn't. The storytelling is absolutely mediocre. Lloyd and Six are interesting characters, but they felt artificial because of no character development. It felt like the movie's emphasis was put on fancy European cities' camera flight scenes, but all the rest is just one-room shots. Maybe it'd have worked out if it'd be put as a 10 series tv-show, but 2h story is just not enough to give it a proper story and character development. Sad to see Netflix turned into THIS, I liked it most when there were few movies, but decent ones, and not when there are a hundred movies and none worth watching.
The Boys: The Instant White-Hot Wild (2022)
A solid example of how a good story developed over 7 episodes can be turned in complete junk in a single episode.
This is probably the worst episode out of all 3 seasons. I thought I've seen the most idiotic wrecked battle in BvS with that absurd moment over Marta name. But oh boy, let me tell you, The boys finale is much worse.
