Oh My Gosh...forget 'Oh my ghost' ;-)
I've liked Jo Jung-suk from 'Oh my ghost' and 'Don't dare to dream', so I was easily drawn to this drama. What do I like about him the most... it's those intense loaded looks he gives his female leads that make my heart skip a beat.... and he didn't disappoint in this drama with 'Shin Se-kyung'.
There was a point in one of the episodes where I didn't realise how much I had been holding my breath in great anticipation of a certain meeting.
I've just finished watching episode 5 and have a WHOLE day to wait for the next episode (how will I cope? Lol)
The acting has been superb with no dull moments in my opinion. There are so many of the supporting cast that I have been endeared to which is a credit to them bringing their characters to life. I'm not sure why it's been rated lower than I would have expected but the characters are bringing to our present world the cut-throat and back stabbing behaviours of those who wanted power back in the day, which at times is hard to watch. I am hoping and praying that the next 11 episodes don't disappoint.

Great acting all round...
Great suspense and good storyline with a historical background. The drama has some of my favourite actors in it; Han So-hee from 'My Name', Park Seo-joon who never fails to make me smile hence bringing a bit of lightness to the drama, Kim Hae-sook showing her motherly love and Wi Ha-joon from 'Squid game, Little Women and The Worst of Evil always with an air of quiet confidence that makes him very attractive! Although it all adds to the suspense I personally don't like gore and monster-like creatures but the drama does say 'horror' as part of its genres. I got round that by fast forwarding those parts .... Pretty much like I did for Game Of Thrones which is a universal hit! I'm on Episode 4 and I am still pretty much intrigued enough to keep watching.

Two episodes in and great expectations
So far everything about this drama is just so gripping. I watched Park Hee-Soon in 'My Name' and absolutely loved him there (and the drama as a whole) he has not let me down in this drama either. I've only watched two episodes so far, the acting is fabulous, so much so that I actually don't know which actor to trust and believe are genuine. Can we also take a moment to appreciate the OST too. This drama is the first time I've come across Kim Hyun-joo, also great acting and I'm keen to find out what her secretive past is all about. All in all, if you like a drama that's a thriller, not too fast paced and definitely not too slow, showing a strong bond between husband and wife - this drama is for you!

Beautiful, just beautiful...
This is one of those dramas that lingers on your mind days after you've finished watching it. I laughed, I cried and I pondered. There are a few statements said in the drama that are simple but so wise. As for the relationship between 'Mr Gu and Mi-Jeong, that is pretty much how relationships should be, no pretences, just be true to you and each other. I now know why the genre is considered 'A slice of life'. Here's a big THANK YOU, to the writers, producers and excellent actors of this drama.
