Emergency (2022)
What a waste of time
Again, I was misled by the ratings (6.1 as of this writing).
A movie which tried its best to convey a (social) message but the screenplay was moronic, unrealistic, and thoughtless.
Everything Everywhere All at Once (2022)
When you get misled by user reviews
There are many more lower rated movies worth watching compared to this.
I always hate movies that are pretentious. People tend to give them interpretations and meanings that are not really there. Aside from it being dragging on many occasions, I find the presentation a bit chaotic; like some abstract art where there is a bandwagon consensus of a deeper meaning and a more profound message that is non-existent.
I Care a Lot (2020)
Reastically Unrealistic
The story had promise until it became illogical and unjustifiable.
At least now I know why it is classified as comedy -- this movie is a joke.
Books of Blood (2020)
Unconvincing
I don't like it when movies try to tell a story and it fails to. It's like abstract art - it tries to represent or convey something that isn't there. By the way I don't like abstract art or when things are subject to anyone's interpretation or if one's guess is as good as another -- or when a "critic" feels more entitled to give meaning to something that is void or non-existent.
I Spit on Your Grave: Deja Vu (2019)
I wouldn't put my name on the credits for director and screenplay
This is my first ever review on IMDB. I just had to because I wasted more than 2 hours hoping to watch a good sequel to what was an OK movie in the first place. This movie is like a home made video made by children, and I mean very young children, who don't know any better. This is, by far, the worst movie I've seen in my life (I am 43 years old). I am sad that the lowest score I can give is 1, because believe me, that is generous.
