Loved it!
27 December 2020
I almost didn't watch it due to low rating. I'm so glad I did! Not 15 minutes into watching, I was asking myself - why was it rated so low? It's witty, brutally real, hitting the right spots of our turmoiled society, sarcastic, entertaining, with great cast and acting... I actually feel that this Santa might be living somewhere not far away. Then I read the reviews. This movie is R-rated , NOT a family movie! Do any of low-raters check on it? It is different - not cuddly, not below-waist-humorous, not you-fall-I-laugh one. And for the other low-raters, who think they get to decide who is the right choice for someone else, you wouldn't like this movie anyway as it might break your other stereotypes. I would rate it 7 or 8; gave 10 to help compensate low rating.

Love romance for those who love them
22 January 2020
I was never into love romance books and this show is a fantasy love romance show. While watching season 1 I would cringe, stop watching, then return to it hoping it would get better, then stop again, return to it later... Gave up in the middle of s2 e2. Not going to miss it. Too feminine, too cliche, too boring.

Great idea, poor execution
14 October 2017
The idea is great and that's what kept me watching it up until season 2. The first season was OK yet by the second season I couldn't help it but thinking I was watching soft porn. Yes, sex is part of our lives and the reason we are here yet I do not need to see what is going on ones' bedrooms in so much details. Lack of subtleness and tastiness was a huge turn off. For me it was not worth to continue watching no matter what the plot was.

Not the show I fell in love with
18 May 2015
First 4 seasons I couldn't wait to watch the next episode, this season I couldn't care more. I was waiting for the story to build up, but 6 episodes have passed and - nothing. We used to gasp at the events, discuss the reasons behind actions, bet on what would happen next. To me this show represented real life - brutal, sudden, dark... with a few decent human beings among ruthless beasts.

Yes, I felt bad for some of the events, but I was not watching GOT to feel bad, I was watching it to feel the life in it. What I see now are cheesy scenes and pitiful events, nothing more. To me, it became more like a lot of other shows just in different costumes.

We just cancelled our subscription to HBO Now as we had it only to watch this show.
