Avengers: Endgame (2019)
Too many question marks
The visual is great but in the plotline there are too many unclear things. We constantly looked at each other and asked questions like "Where are we?" "Who is this?" "What happened?" and I think in a movie like this,it is not an advantage. More than two hours but still no time to explain properly the happenings to the viewers.
Summertime (2020)
nice series to improve your Italian
The storyline and the plot is not filled with twists and turns, however it's nice, and addictive. I watched this to improve my Italian skills, I'm a beginner, but I could watch it with Italian sounds and subtitles, and totally understood everyting.
Marriage Story (2019)
should have titled 'the divorce story'
This movie is mostly about a divorce which it portrays very well and vividly. I would be interested also in the 'marriage' part, I'm sorry, that it started with the bad parts and also kept this direction throughout the whole movie. Quite depressing, and dark creation.
Sicario (2015)
Confusion confusion everywhere
The key element of the movie is the viewpoint of someone, who is confused by all the things happening around her. However, it leaves the viewer confused too. If you're living on an other continent, and not involved in the US- Mexican situation deeply, then you have to do a lot of reading, to understand the motives and the main plot. The story would be great, if the creators had given the viewers enough clue to understand it.
Black Mirror: Bandersnatch (2018)
Something extraordinary
This movie is genuine, creating such an interactive cinema experience is a great novelty. Highly recommended.
Searching (2018)
Thriller from a new perspective
Thrilling story, shot from a very new angle, since we can witness the characters and the search through today's virtual platforms. Greatly recommended.
