Halo Legends (2010)
This SUCKED!
I am the biggest Halo fan you can find out there I have read all the books, played all the games, and RvB is my lifeblood. This was the most terrible 2 hours of my life. I will give you a summary.
Origins parts 1 and 2 (2/10 stars): This was all a bunch of Anti-war we should live in peace with people who want to kill us Propaganda. The first part was okay but the second part would not stop the Propaganda.
The Babysitter (3/10) This was wasn't nearly as bad as the Origins but it was still pretty bad. The premise was a bunch of Helljumpers getting over there hatred of Spartans.
The Duel (1/10) There is no words to describe how bad this one was. If you insist on renting this just skip this one.
Homecoming (3/10) This was about how the Spartans were turned into Spartans. It was interesting but the Animation style and story telling was terrible.
Prototype (6/10) Prototype is about a Sarge, who 3 years ago lost his entire Squad and is now dies holding the Covenant off to allow his squad to escape.
Odd One Out 1/10 This is a parody short and not considered Canon thank goodness Just skip it there is nothing funny about this short.
The Package (10/10) Finally the only good one of the group. The Package is about the Master Chief and 4 other Spartans securing a package from the Covenant. The entire episode is CGI and it is an Awesome battle. From space dogfights to firefights its worth RENTING this to just watch this one.
So in Summary the only good one is the Package.
Red vs. Blue: Don't Get Me Started (2009)
The tale of the same bunch of idiots continue...
This is set a few months after the events of Freelancer Command at the end of Red vs Blue Reconstruction. Caboose, Grif and Sarge all go on an adventure to save Tucker after Donut returns with a message that Tucker is in danger. During that adventure they meet a mysterious man in the desert and find a very interesting artifact. Meanwhile Lopez, Simmons and Donut stay at the base and Simmons attempt to blow up Blue Base. While Donut is exploring the base they get a visit from an old nemesis and they then proceed to try to mount a defense against this enemy. The ending to this season of Red vs Blue is one of the most cliff-hanging episodes to a series you will ever find on television. I recommend you watch Red vs Blue The Blood Gulch Chronicles seasons 1-5, the Out of Mind miniseries, the Recovery One miniseries, Reconstruction, and Relocated, before you watch this season otherwise it will make little to know sense to you. It would only take a week to do it and trust me when I say it is one well worth watching week.
