Fatal Journey (2020)

Beautiful story
24 November 2022
I'm so glad that this spin off was created after The Untamed. This movie allows us to take a deeper dive into Nie Huaisang, which we didn't get in The Untamed. Huaisang is a smart, clever, selfless, and kind person. He only wants to live freely, doing the things he's passionate about while his brother Nie Mingjue is master. Unlike Huaisang, Mingjue excels at martial arts and so the two brothers often butt heads.

In this movie the two set off with disciples of the Nie Clan to seal the sword spirit in the family tomb that has gone array. The journey is not an easy one and both brothers face many obstacles. It's through these obstacles, you get to see how strong their relationship is and that both are willing to sacrifice so much for each other. There's more love there than one would have imagined just from watching The Untamed.

This movie really allowed me to love these characters even more, and I won't lie, I cried a couple times. Their relationship is a beautiful one and I'm glad to know Huaisang much later on got his revenge for his brother's death.

Perfect team
10 March 2022
I originally saw this back when it was in theaters; laughed my head off. Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthy make one heck of a team. They're brilliantly hilarious.

Rewatched it now that it's on imdbtv. Still just as funny and good.

Toothless & Hiccup

Absolutely love love love this episode! Won't spoil anything, but there's a scene between Hiccup & Toothless that truly shows the beautiful relationship they have. The loyalty, faithfulness and trust for each other. I've rewatched this so many times.

Bonding (2018–2021)
Season 2 is much better
21 March 2021
Glad to see Season 2 was improvement. Improvement in that actual consent was discussed. In Season 1, Tiff (Mistress May) failed miserably at showing how a Dom should be. It kind of was embarrassing. I was glad to see from the very first episode those moments were redeemed, and it was strongly explained how a Dom becomes worthy. There was more discussion and education this season on the lifestyle. Making it very clear it shouldn't be misrepresented or viewed as a joke. I was able to enjoy the show more because of the proper representation. Hope there will be a season 3 with even more growth. Pete still has lots to improve on.

Love Is Blind (2020– )

Mix it up
29 March 2020
Everyone is too aesthetically pleasing. Every single person who was in this show was gorgeous. They looked like they could be models. If you're putting out a show that wants to test whether love is blind you need to use some average looking people. Can you still love someone you never met if you were face to face with someone who maybe was a bit chunkier, or someone who was covered in acne, someone who was going bald or someone who was way different in height? That's a true test of blind love. Can you love them despite what they look like? Fall head over heels in attraction either way. This show was great and I enjoyed it but I would love to see them mix it up a bit. After meeting each other it was still a test of personality. Add true attraction troubles in there for the next season.
