Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2 (2009)
Well-done
Although not as good as its predecessor (in my opinion), I found this game to be extremely addicting and full of fun when I first began playing it. While I'm not an extreme fan of the Marvel comic book franchise, (although I'm very well-informed), and I may not be seeing the whole picture, I saw almost no flaw in this game, and loved every second of it to the end.
The story of a divided union of heroes, torn between a decision that would soon forever change their lives, worked out very well (based on the original "Civil War" storyline of the Marvel comic book series), like a cake slowly building up to the final peak of its height.
Gameplay was also extremely enjoyable, with a hundred of possible combos, fusions, special attacks, and all those kind of things to choose from. This brilliant disposal of variety truly would deserve my respect. It was also quite easy to learn, being somewhat self-sufficient in itself and continuously evolving, making it difficult to be bored with (although after a while, if you ever get to such a point, it can get seemingly boring and repetitive).
While being a somewhat impressive game, it had some irritating glitches that caused me immense discomfort. Most notably during the NYC Streets mission, where the party has to save three particular civilians to advance to the next level. Despite saving all three citizens, you will not be able to progress unless you reset the game and load from your last autosave in the area. If you had already manually saved in the NYC Streets, however, overwriting the autosave, you will either have to stay stagnant in that certain mission forever, or replay the whole game from the beginning.
Thankfully, I still had my autosave safe in the files within the game's memory, but more glitches, though not as bad, still lay ahead.
Nevertheless, this game has turned out to become a part of one of my most treasured PS2 games, and is certainly worth all the cons it may contain.

Great Game (If I Must Say So Myself)
The only other flaw that prevents me from givin' this game the whole 10 is because of its storyline, (which I thought was probably one of the worst of the series'), and occasional feeling of tediousness.
But aside from that, it hooked me as soon as I started playin' it.
I was addicted to its new gameplay; in my opinion, it felt far more realistic and enjoyable than the game's many predecessors, unless, that is, you'd rather not have such a realistic feel.
I also thought the new license board system was great; but what constantly concerned me was the fact that, in the end, the characters would end up all being the same, instead of the diverse character classes that were available to the player in previous Final Fantasy games.
Nevertheless, despite the somewhat 'bad' storyline and plot, the visuals and in-depth gameplay caught my interest, and overall I enjoyed it.
First Sunday (2008)
Turned out to actually be a rather entertaining comedy
This movie truly exceeded my original expectations.
Okay, maybe not "exceeded", but it certainly wasn't as terrible as I thought it was going to be, although close.
I had rented this movie a couple of weeks ago, along with several other films, and never hearing about or any mention of it I thought it was going to be one of the more unforgettable films I'd have sat through.
After watching it, however, I was proved wrong.
The first half of the movie seemed somewhat difficult to laugh through, and contained a lot of badly-played-through jokes, but the second half completely redeemed it, in a way. I was consistently cracking up over and over. Ice Box and Tracy Morgan acted well all the way through, but I must say, Katt Williams' performance was absolutely, comp-uhletely astounding. I would watch the movie over and over just because he's in it.
Overall, this odd dramedy of an awkward story happens to be a casual, fun, and even compelling movie that I would definitely request for you to see in your spare time.
