This is a truly engaging film, very well made on a budget by a couple of likable Aussies looking to understand what the first English-speaking team to ride the Tour de France went through. They track down as much of the original route as possible, and take it on using 80-year old machinery. The balance of their efforts mixed with film and reportage from the original race is spot-on, as is the additional narration by Robbie McEwen, three-times winner of the Tour green jersey.
