Bheed (2023)
The most negative reviews are for the politicle reason
The movie's story is around some true events during the COVID lockdown. It shows the failures of the mismanagement of the Indian government.
The direction and acting of all the actors were perfect. The story raises many issues, like our society's caste system, polarization, and misinformation. The movie also shows how we are all humans. Do not fall for the negative reviews.
The story is about multiple characters who either needed to leave their homes in a big city or got stranded and needed to reach some location due to the lockdown.
On the border of a fictional town, a police officer and his subordinates are supposed to stop the crowd from entering the town.
If you like movies closer to reality and are unafraid of seeing the uncomfortable truth, please watch.
The Little Master (2015)
Disappointed
I am a big fan of Sachin.
However, this is the worst documentary about a Cricketer.
First of Sachin is a cricketer. However, no major cricketers were interviewed. A few Bollywood actors and a politician talked about Sachin and narrated by a spiritual leader trying to add glories of Indian spirituality in Sachin's biography.
The documentary ended with Yuvaraj Singh's struggle with Cancer. Where is the relevance?
OMG: Oh My God! (2012)
A movie that give us hope
For me, this movie is a hope. I think, making these kinds of comedies will serve purpose of cure for disease called "Religion". While growing up, I always had my doubts about religions. This movie did put right questions in front of our sick society. It make people think. A must watch for every one. For atheists in India, it is time to come out of closet. We do have a hope. Watching Paresh Rawal was pleasant. No trace of overacting and all the dialog were written intelligently. Some part were copied from "Man who sued the God". However, director tried hard not to hurt religious sentiments and did a good job. Because point is not to hurt someone but spreading knowledge.
