The Ren & Stimpy Show (1991–1996)
Fantastic show
5 October 2002
I remember watching "Ren and Stimpy" when I was younger and I loved it. I still do, but the episodes are never on anymore. I didn't always understand all of the humor, but the show wasn't really geared to kids my age at the time.

There were some really good parts to the show, especially LOG, Cheesefist, Powdered Toast Man, Muddy Mudskipper, ect. The whole entire show was just funny, it wasn't always gross or really stupid.

You know, the powers that be would never allow a show like this one on Nick today.....

Fantastic

I read the book A Walk to Remember and then I decided to see the movie. I thought it was a fabulous and fantastic movie. I think that everyone should see this movie because it gives you such a good feeling inside, yet at the same time it can make you cry like a baby. The love that Jamie and Landon have for each other is true and the actors portray this perfectly. Everyone in the world dreams of finding a love like the one Jamie and Landon had, and I think that part of the movie touches everyone's heart and soul.

Cold Sassy Tree (1989 TV Movie)

Cold Sassy Tree? Yeah, right....

Don't ever read the book Cold Sassy Tree and then watch the movie, because it will leave you with a bad taste in your mouth. The movie is about as far off from the book as you can possibly get. This movie simply took one aspect of the book and made an entire movie about it, without really capturing the spirit of the classic novel. The characters are different, many details from the book were left out. My advice: read the book, skip the movie.

Fantastic movie
1 August 2002
In eighth grade, my history teacher showed us a movie called "The Long Walk Home". Usually, movies in history class could put you right to sleep. However, this one was much, much different. For the first time, everyone in class was awake and watching the television screen. It was an amazing movie that really helped us better understand what life was like during the bus boycott. I had never thought that blacks would have trouble getting rides then--I just never thought about it from someone else's angle before. This movie really helped me understand a different time period. When the bell rang to go to next period, most of the class stayed and lingered a few minutes to catch the end of the movie. A few of us even had tears in our eyes. Don't miss this movie--it is fantastic.
