Us, Our Pets and the War (2024)
A hidden way to get what's going.
This movie is ultra close documentary to know what was in the Ukraine, to not reveal people identities.
There almost no russian propaganda, that entered and stayed in like in a lot of such called "Ukrainian media", that pretend to be "news", "information sources", "ukrainian" but trully a bit more camouflaged and a bit lesser fraudfull like the enemies.
I get a lot of emotions, there plenty of people that share their wealth with all living beings they can get to, through concrete, or unattainable physically (only using special rescuing vehicles), even under the seige of occupants. The strength and willing to live of animals were inspiring, and horrors they experienced were completely unrighteous.
The offending country is deserving it's D-Day and else.
Civil War (2024)
Movie seems like linear collage.
Separate scenes are remind a theatre with curtains between scenes. A bit too contrast episodes changing.
I can't get the relations between fractions from the movie. I though the 2'stars patch is a separatists, but they were fighting authoritarians.
In the tragic self-sacrifice of the journalist I though it will fall exactly over the saved one, I mean one body over another, but it just lays like in a bed, but just by opposite side, very unorganic I guess.
The things I like that the characters are smart in many ways, and for long time during action their deeds revealed right, even it took a small lapses for me as viewer to pass my concerns and get this though: "Yes, it was right move." And they talked too much just to uncover those mobsters to you also, and maybe give them a chance to not be villains IRL, but they were same as Western Forces expect, and maybe journalists risk is right, because there would be lesser informational emptiness too doubt that villains who get shot chose to be evil till death.
