Friday Night Plan (2023)
Sweet!
It's a simple film but boy is it sweet!
Story of a single mother with two teenage boys and their bonding. Younger brother takes the heart, Bhai ho toh Aisa!
Teenage boyhood love but dealt with such maturity, the poignancy of balancy both - Responsibility and flexibility.
Discovering your own way and self in the world of being cool. Knowing what may be considered the best may not be the best for you!
Following your gut and being straightforward.
Mumbai police takes the heart...
And Juhi Chawla's presence is nothing but an icing on the cake.
Worth the watch!
It'll leave you with a beautiful feeling by the end.
Oppenheimer (2023)
A Hole Ripped Open Through Me & I Can't Breathe!
And Now I'm Become Death, The Destroyer Of Worlds..."
I am a filmmaker & I now realise, that no man is actually capable of putting to expression what they truly feel.
I know what I felt, but I've nothing to say.
Storytelling couldn't be more refined. The craft of film unlike anything I've ever seen before.
The sound design not only impeccable but also revolutionary in the sense of innovation, something that Orson Welles achieved in Citizen Kane.
I was promised I'd feel the detonation, I can't really put into words what I felt. But a gaping hole of what it means to be human and more in so many ways unimaginable.
Oppenheimer - Christopher Nolan - 1945.
