Scoop (2023)
Powerpacked, will keep you engaged!
I played this series without knowing anything about the real life case it was based on. It kept me interested, so much that I binged it in one go. It keeps you wanting to play the next episode as soon as the previous one ends. No moment felt slow or unnecessary. The main character is shown as a more of a grey character than a green character which feels more realistic.
Then I researched everything about the real case. All the actors are so immersed in their characters. They have done justice to their roles. Amazing acting, directing, everything! Definitely worth a watch if you're in to crime thrillers or just want a glimpse in to the crazy life of crime journalists.

Cute Watch. Could be better
This a light hearted feel good kdrama. The first 10 episodes are jamm packed with comedy.
I however found myself utterly uninterested in the side storylines. I did not care for them at all and kept skipping to either Kang Yu Seong's parts or the main leads' parts. They did however do a good job tying them all together at the end at least and making them considerably watch worthy.
From 11 to 14th episode the whole vibe of the drama becomes sad. It feels like a very sudden change. I actually kept wondering what was actually happening. The last two episodes are better.
The drama has no storyline and it doesnt need one. I watched this after Penthouse to get rid of the depression it gave me. Its a wonderful feel good drama that i could definitely watch again for comedy. It also gives you an insight on a celebrity's life and how their agency handles their lives to some extent.
I do think it had a lot more potential though.

Amazing at getting on your nerves.
I loved the first season. It has all the twists and turns for you to enjoy. It keeps you wanting to watch more. Having said that, by the time you reach season 03, it becomes EXHAUSTING and might give you a headache. The constant bullying, evil adults. Not one adult is shown to be a real life moderate person. All the kids are bullies. The fact that the villains are so unrelentlessly evil is so frustrating but by far the most frustrating thing is the fact that the good people never seem to win. You rarely get the satisfaction of a revenge. They keep making the good people suffer.
The constant screaming and unnecessary evil and hatred might get to you at the end.
Spoiler:
The ending made me sob. I am mad at Sim Su Ryeon for doing what she did.
