I predatori della verginità perduta (1998)
A Joe D'Amato Classic
I just received this movie today in the mail (after a three week wait) and I have to say it wasn't that bad. Parts of the film followed or reminded me of another Joe D'Amato film called "Lady in the Iron Mask" that deals with a plot with pirates and that it had almost the exact cast as well.
Raiders (Eng. dubbed DVD version) is about a man who gets kidnapped and his loving daughter is forced to give up her virginity to a pirate to save him. I enjoyed the sex scenes and the cool pirates "stock footage" better then Lady in the Iron Mask. But what happened to Anita Blond, she was only in the movie for 10 minutes (doing you know what) and that was all you saw of her? Raiders is a good movie, a true classic. I can't wait to get Selen on Treasure Island another Joe D'Amato pirate porn adventure film.
Sangue negli abissi (1989)
Blood in the abysses
Deep Blood... Its one of those movies you here about and you say not another Italian Jaws ripoff! Well, Deep Blood is far from that. It is a cheap as film making can get and on the other side it is creative as well. In Jaws and all the other shark films we all have seen or herd about they all use fake made sharks, well in Joe D'Amato's film he takes a new approach by using all stock footage for his shark scenes. This is one of the many reasons I like Deep Blood so much is because it didn't use stock footage.
In Deep Blood an ancient Indian spirit terrorizes a beach town in the form of a bloodthirsty shark, in Joe D'Amato's Shark classic Deep Blood.
It seems that a Native American elder once warned a group of youngsters about this great evil in the sea, and years later, the friends are forced to face their fears when one of them is killed by a shark in a series of attacks along their coastline. Now it's up to the remaining few to make sure that this monster is killed, even if it means heading out to sea to do it.
Joe D'Amato Directed and Produced this film under his company the Filmirage. Released in 1989 and was later used in Bruno Mattei's Cruel Jaws: Jaws 5, along with many other shark films. Joe D'Amato's shark entry is a great film and any Joe D'Amato fan of shark movie watcher should give it a try.
Anita e la maschera di ferro (1998)
~ Lady in the Iron Mask ~
Another Joe D'Amato (Aristide Massaccesi) full-length feature film of his XXX Erotic Film Collection. The Lady in the Iron Mask, stars Anita Blond, as the Evil Princess, Victoria Barakova, as the Girl in the Iron Mask, Christina Elias, and many others. The story line is as follows.
The King of France locks away his twin perverse and sexually obsessed daughter Jaqueline, and forces her to wear an iron mask for all of her days. Madeline, Jaqueline's mannered twin sister, takes the place for her evil sister. Soon after, France is in deep jeopardy by the evil Jaqueline spreading her sexual charms all through the government. Eventually, Jaqueline's love, Francois, frees her sister, and Jaqueline runs away from the palace with her new love, Maximillian. In the end, Madeline falls in love with Jaqueline's ex. now that Madeline is free and she can now choose the man she wants to marry.
This is one of Joe D'Amato's (Aristide Massaccesi) last entries into the Hard-Core porn world of cinema. Including some violence, blood, and of course, sex and more sex. A good watch for any Joe D'Amato fan and Hard-Core porn watcher or collector. I bought it for only $19.95 (including shipping) on DVD.
