The 16th Episode (2018)
... what... in the hell...
No spoilers because there quite literally is nothing to spoil. Not only was the movie painfully boring to sit through, but also painfully confusing sifting through what seemed to be around 74 diff sub plots, while also trying to make even just little sense of what was happening within the essential movie plot at hand. Also all sub plots, had little to no backstory nor development, just for whatever reason implemented. Bad plot/storyline, bad development, bad actors, bad filming, just.. bad. In the end, you get maybe a gist of what was going on, but very little, and that gist does not serve justice lol.
The House (2022)
perfect for fans of more "peculiar" or "oddish" sorts of films
Beautiful cinematography, and included a type of animation that I personally had not seen before. The story is "mind bending" as it says in its Netflix description (that also gives a little clarification of how the story(s) are to take place, give it a read before viewing lol). I am a huge fan of more "odd" movies such as this, especially ones that have more of a psychological twist to them. If you love or even just simply tend to like the darker and/or weirder films, this is lovely. (Let me add, gives major Coraline, 9, Tim Burton film vibes).
