Tim tam is tim-larious
16 June 2023
Mr tim is excellent in this story of a beautiful man in a difficult world. I love you Timmy boy. You make me smile. Please make sure to not let life get you down.

I'm just so tired at how messed up this dang world is. I went to the local deli and asked for the old meat in the back. They asked if I meant the one in the garbage can. Uhhh, yeah! What you think I meant the other garbage bin? And guess what, he wouldn't sell it to me. I LIKE to feed old meat to my raccoon at night. It's the only animal that makes me SMILE! But this (pardon my language) dang deli man won't friggen sell me this rancid meat. But at least I can come home and watch my friend Tim. I love you more than 20 raccoons that swarm my garage.

Trash Humpers (2009)
7/10
Realest depiction of depraved evil.
13 February 2023
I'm honestly surprised I enjoyed this movie as much as I did. I first want to say that I completely understand why people would not like this movie. Mainly there is Zero story structure. What you are really getting is a slice of life film following three deviants being filmed. What starts out as assuming these people playing a character in which they jump trash and do amateur Jackass mischief, we slowly realize that they aren't playing characters.

Harmony has a real talent for creating extremely realistic characters. And trash humpers is no exception. The odd mannerisms they do such as repeating random phrases in an almost compulsive way or laughing unnaturally at on the wrong beat. It feels like they are so far gone emotionally and spiritually, that they can't even express themselves like humans. Eventually you start to wonder if they are even are wearing masks.

This could be a yearly event!

I love the idea of animated sketch comedy show! Every segment is created by different artists and it really shows. It feels completely unhinged in the best way possible.

The "hosting" segment was hilarious. It felt like a combination of Justin's humor mixed with Zach Hadel's. Mr Paloni and his chubby goblin children running around as the show just devolves was brilliant.

Just like any anthology, there are hits and misses. But honestly, I love the variety of content. Got to see some of my favorite indie creators such as Joel Haver and David Firth. Can't wait to see what else this team will make next! Great job Justin and great job Hulu!

Definitely not putting the breaks on!

I'm always afraid when a show becomes too big, the studio (in this case Amazon) will tone down the adult themes in order to appeal to a more general audience. This is definitely not the case.

Not to get into too much detail but there is one scene that left my jaw open in surprise that they were able to show. Great display of hedonistic insanity.

Everything else was great and well paced. The way this show deals with tension leaves me glued to what happens next.

Joe Pera Talks with You (2018–2021)

This Show is Healing

I would like to thank Joe Pera and the rest of the cast an crew for a wonderful show.

I can't explain it, but every episode makes me tear up. Not from sadness but from how Ernest and sweet it is.

Joe Para is like a comedic Fred Rogers injecting an antidote to this cynical reality.

I hope this show lasts 50 years so we can see Joe's physical appearance match his soul. And if it doesn't get renewed, I'll finance it myself!
