National Theatre at Home: Death of England: Face to Face (2021)
Most enjoyable
I love this style of stage drama, a small cast definitely helps the appreciation of the characters acting.
Storyline brilliant and so easy to relate to, it's been saved on the hard drive for future viewing.
The Outlaws (2021)
Could be better
The presence of Christopher Walken saves it. Otherwise quite predictable. With it being so PC, it accentuates how cringing PC can be.
Comedy is far more entertaining without it.
Hollington Drive (2021)
Needs a few sparks
Typically of a lot of TV these days, in trying to be all inclusive, being entertaining is forgotten about.
There is obvious gender bias in the crew and production.
In one scene the mother of the two children has to chastise the son for grabbing the daughter ( saying - you don't grab people ) whilst she herself grabs the son.
I was looking forward to a good watch, but as the norm, the trailers over hyped it.
Sorry, I Didn't Know (2016)
It needs humour
All the talents there, but it ain't funny.
If it wasn't for Reginald D Hunter and Russell Kane ( token white guy, lol ) would not have watched the whole episode.
