The White Lotus (2021–2025)

The 1st season is fantastic (8/10! But the 2nd... 👎(4/10)

The first season got me totally! It was brilliant, the screenplay was multilayered, actors playing freely & lightly - a pure entertainment! Everyone could find something - you could follow the social stratification, you could observe a great clash of different characters. Satirical, sometimes grotesque, funny but sometimes facing you with serious questions.

Then I've started to watch the 2nd season and, frankly, I don't understand all the positive feedbacks - it's simply boring, a classical Italian soap opera, predictable scenes and behaviours... a mediocre actor's play... I've missed the unique atmosphere of the first season so I've stopped to watch it.

Moonfall (2022)

I can't believe how weak this movie is... The screenplay, the plot, the actor's play, the internal logic - all painfully predictable... A few acceptable scenes with special effects - that's all.

The movie is deceptive, full of misinterpretations, of historical half-truths, of erroneous narrations...

Geeezzz... It's sooo boring!

Actors playing is standard - like they were in an actor's school. Why someone think that by showing naked bodies, or people kissing, or a good pictures/special effects, the audience will applaud??

The plot is... all predictable. Not worth watching.

Grey's Anatomy (2005– )

From a great show to a soap opera

The firs three seasons are great, then the show declines. I stopped with the fifth season.

Generally - solid acting, good music/soundtracks, descent plot.

Foundation (2021– )

Great idea - weak execution

It should have been one of the best tv-shows... It became so boring though, so overdramatic, played so unequal by mostly mediocre actors (with few exceptions).

I ended up watching it and doing shopping on my phone.

The Shawshank Redemption (1994)

Breathtaking!

Foundation (2021– )

It's okay, but definitely not great

The political correctness jeopardizes the screenplay, the execution and the cast.

Update: A very mediocre play of Leah Harvey and, surprisingly, of Lou Llobell... unnatural and overdramatic emotions. The show is sinking from one episode to other....

Great special effects though. If you have a couple of free hrs - then watch it.

Into the Night (II) (2020–2021)

The first season has a potential to be a one of the greatest, postapocalyptic & sci-fi shows. Unfortunately, actor's play is very very unequal - often over- or under dramatic. Bit still, I highly recommend! 👍
