Hundreds of Beavers (2022)
You've got to be kidding
At the outset, I would question why there are such high ratings for this cr@p? Were they from people who worked on the production or acting of the "movie"? Most likely. There seems to be a lot of "movies" that receive unrealistic ratings and the few that I've watched highlight this fact.
This was an utterly ridiculous movie that had no redeeming features - I gave up watching it about 40 minutes in (it was SO bad).
The good points: none
The bad points: the acting, the direction, the.story; filmed in glorious black and white and the list goes on.
I love Monty Python TV series and movies, Red Dwarf, Lexx but this, words almost fail me on how bad it is.
This site is under threat of losing it's reputation by allowing unmonitored (and unrealistic) reviews to propogate.
Craving (2023)
Don't believe the high ratings
I watched this "movie" in fast speed (1.4) because it was SO SLOW. The 'acting' was third rate, the dialogue laughable, the special effects were OK.
The movie is labelled a slow burn, I'd call it more overcooked. It was an abysmal movie and I honestly believe the high ratings it got were from people who worked on the set. There was NO WAY that anyone who was being honest and giving their balanced review would give it a high rating.
The dialogue was laughable, the acting terrible (I don't even think they went to acting school). The camera work mostly took place in a single location (a bar) and the camera work was shocking.
I won't even suggest that you watch this trash, get something decent to watch (even The Blob), which was laughable was better than this.
Infected: The Darkest Day (2021)
From bad to worse
From the outset, terrible focusing of the camera was annoying. Constant blurring of images was (at best) bad cinematography.
Next, I could hardly hear what was being said - it was as if the cast were speaking through a mattress.
Finally, the actors didn't question why the lead was brought into their midst, rather just welcoming him as a long gone friend. There was no questioning about his history just a nod of acceptance.
I gave up watching this movie after 20 minutes because it was so bad and didn't offer any promise of improving.
