Battle for Dream Island: Insectophobe's Nightmare 2 (2011)
My second favorite episode
Huh. Even though this episode has bad reception, both people who review it think it's amazing.
Anyway, this has got to be my favorite episode of Season 1, and if IDFB wasn't a thing, my favorite episode of the series. It's almost perfect.
The intro, despite setting up one of the worst moments of the series, is great, especially the other parts. One viewing of the best Cake at Stake song later, and it's time for the elimination. They show the votes, and some hilarious ads play, including the iconic Yellow Face eating Purple Face because he's going against the ad and he's purple. The vote count is shown to be in the 700's, so Flower throws some..things...OH #### IT'S SPIDER EGGS!
Before we go, please note all the Recovery Centers have been sold due to budget cuts.
So all the spider eggs chase the contestants. Does the scene take up a huge portion of the episode? Yes. But if you ask me, the scene was perfectly paced provided you ignore that, and it's intense. Flower gets hit by a meteor, Firey gets eaten, and Bubble gets popped. Then, the Announcer deletes the bugs.
Due to everyone being dead, we make it to where the episode gets really funny. It was already great before this, but the rest of this really made it top 2 material. The Announcer clones David, who's immune to bugs, 20 times, making the final 4 variants of David. Also, the Announcer decided not to cancel the show. The Davids keep, surprisingly hilariously and not annoyingly, keep saying "Aw, seriously?" as the Announcer speaks. However, when the Announcer announces that Flower is eliminated with 526 votes, all of the contestants come back. This results in the best joke in the episode, where the Announcer is confused, and Leafy says "We faked our deaths, obviously." After a montage of the previous eliminations, Flower uses the power of mirrors to put a bush and hilariously, the *sun* (that probably won't work) in the TLC. But the laser goes around the world and hits Flower.
The outro is the final part (No #### Sherlock). The Announcer gives everyone anything they want for being the final 3, expect no one gets their voices. Leafy wishes for world peace. Granted! The Announcer thinks the world is peaceful already. Bubble wishes for yoylecake. That doesn't fit in their budget. Firey wishes for his life's earnings back. Announcer already spent it...on their new Recovery Centers! Maybe he has a heart after all-wait he just wanted to repeatedly kill the contestants. But he gets killed and everyone basically kills each other. Eh, that last joke's okay.
Clippety Clobbered (1966)
Okay
This is a rather okay cartoon. Of course, it's nothing special (check the top credit) but still...recommend you don't listen to me if you are a teenager though.
Introduction: Good, but needed not to be connected to the second gag.
Invisible rock: Good, I like when Road Runner fights back, personally.
Invisible wall: Good, but of course reused. This is the shortest of the gags.
Bouncy skin: Very long, but personally basically my version but slower paced. Best!
Jets: The second best of these. Also, Road Runner got scared more than thrice, and that doesn't mean he got scared a fourth time in The Solid Tin Coyote!
The Bird Came C.O.D. (1942)
Only The Million Hare is worse.
This is one of only two Looney Tunes shorts I don't like. The other one is The Million Hare. This short is very boring and confusing, although it's at least funny (unfortunately, that ends once the plot starts up). Especially him falling off something. However, it's ultimately the better bad short by at least not expecting us to find the torture deserved, therefore not making it aggravating.
Big Nate: Valentine's Day of Horror (2022)
Honestly hate this one
Gross, long, and two words: HORRIBLE ENDING! The episode focuses tons on vomit and food poisoning. The episode is very cloying and slow-paced, and if I could go inside TV universes, the ending would have caused me to go in there and tell Nichols to sue the pizza place. My least favorite episode! 4/10! Only recommend to completists and babies without parents who consider gross-out innapropiate for babies.
Toon in with Me: Toony Can't Swim Because of the 20 Minute Rule (2021)
Watched it using Supercartoons, so can't rate the live-action segments
Porky's Poor Fish is a 7/10.
Aqua Duck is a 6/10
Filet Meow is a 6/10. It is the worst short here.
Weasel Stop is a 7/10.
Clippety Clobbered is a 7/10. It is the best short here,
Museum Scream (2003)
Okay
Like I said. But so this reaches 150 characters, I'll tell you the highlight: everything that happens after Sylvester gets cloned into seven.
It didn't reach 150 characters so I'll tell you an honorable mention: Sylvester's first moment of hurt with the snake.
Injun Trouble (1969)
Good
I saw it online, and I thought it was okay. The slapstick and humor was pretty good. The main bad thing is that the ending is abrupt. This wouldn't be a big deal, but this would be the last time Looney Tunes shorts premiered regularly! The ending is that Cool Cat literally cuts himself out of the picture then comes out to tell them to Cool it. I feel Cool Cat should be known specifically for this short, as to me, this is the most notable Looney Tunes short of all time. It is the last short, the 1,000th short, and one of, if not the, hardest Looney Tunes shorts to find! It's a multi-gag cartoon, which I didn't expect. Most underrated cartoon of all time. Wait. Atlantis SquarePantis exists.
Fun Fact: This shorts title was reused from a 1938 (31 years before this short) Porky Pig cartoon.
Aqua Duck (1963)
Okay
Title! Bad qualities:
1. Bad ending. While it is a taste of karma, ifI had directed the cartoon Daffy would have stolen the gold nugget back or at least acknowledge that he only needed to wait a few more seconds to make it less abrupt.
2. Very slow pacing. Feels more like 25 minutes than 6.
3. There's Accidental Nightmare Fuel involved. Mainly, Daffy getting close to the camera from how thirsty he is.
The Looney Tunes Show: Rebel Without a Glove (2012)
Only one better episode
I just watched this, and "Best Friends Redux" is the only better episode. There's suspense, funny stuff, and Professer Duck. It also gets heartwarming ❤ 9.4/10
Here is my top 3.
3. Devil Dog
2. This episode
1. Best Friends Redux.
Flash in the Pain (2014)
One of my favorite shorts
That's right, I don't care if it's stretched out all in one gag, it's funny. Highlights include:
1. The Coyote getting cooked by a club and landing on the ground only to teleport back up three times at Granny's
2. The Coyote getting his crotch hit by a branch, which ends up getting a Boulder rolling
3. A gag after the credits where the poor Coyote teleports on train tracks and gets hit by a train
Best of CGI 4/4.
Highway Runnery (1965)
I like it
Read my review of Chaser on the Rocks to see why.
There's some reviewer that got mad because they said there is no Road Runner harming. Only Jones had this rule. In fact, he was the only director of the Wile E. Coyote cartoons until he left the studio.
Chaser on the Rocks (1965)
Personally like this
This is personally one of my favorite cartoons. I actually like the soundtrack. Sure, it's repitive, but makes up for it with catchy tracks, such as the title cars music, which is definitely my favorite instrumental by far.
EDIT: For some reason, one guy who reviewed got the idea that Wile E.'s using explosives, Boulders, and Acme products...to become his Swim Buddy, which is the dumbest thing I've ever heard.
Hairied and Hurried (1965)
The worst short!
4/10. Most of the gags are unfunny, especially the one where he paradives into a tornado, which, might I mind you, is the most unfunny thing yet. At least make it so the joke doesn't seem out of nowhere. Maybe make it so he accidentally fell into somewhere where a disaster is happening. Or even better! MAKE HIS PARACHUTE NOT WORK. The snow machine gag is pretty bad too. Unlike "Freeze Frame", the snow was necessary. Here, it's only there to make the gag have more sense. Expect it still doesn't. The pacing is also terrible. The worst short, and, personally, the only bad one. 4/10.
A Wild Hare (1940)
One of my favorite cartoons
This is my third favorite cartoon, only beat by Invasion of the Bunny Snatchers and Duck Amuck. It manages to feel newer than the shorts where Elmer is fat, due to having Elmer's final design. It also has value that makes this based, introducing Bugs.
The Simpsons: The Scorpion's Tale (2011)
8/10 until that ending
The episode is an 8/10 without the ending, but the ending loses a point. Grampa makes a speech about needing to be cranky. Suddenly, the dose somehow makes no effect. It also takes 17 minutes to show us those eyes. Sure, they're disturbing, but that's no excuse to finally set up the plot when there are only 5 minutes left.
Otherwise a great episode but that ending...7/10.
Uncle Grandpa: Except for Cooper (2016)
Fine
Good, with a great moral that you should eat your vegetables. And "Moments In Hiatory With Mr. Gus"!
Animaniacs: Hooray for North Hollywood: Part 2 (1998)
FAVORITE EPISODE
Great songs!
Hilarious "previously on" segment
Easy to sympathize
Hilarious!
Reccomend this one.
The Fairly OddParents (2001)
Seasons 1-5 review
Due to me not seeing all of 6 or 7-10 at all yet, this review is only for seasons 1-5. I will turn it into a whole series review once I finish binge-watching said series. Plus, the review will contain the best episodes of each season and a full history on the series.
Best of Each Season *Please note that these are what Paramout+ makes of them*
Season 1: Christmas Every Day
Season 2: Action Packed
Season 3: Abra-Catasprophe!
Season 4: Channel Chasers
Season 5: School's Out! The Musical
History
The series had its start in 1998 with six Oh Yeah! Cartoons. In 2001, the official series started, with "The Big Problem" which later re-aired in 2007. However, it stopped airing in order for Season 3, which got its warning in Season 2, with "Information Stupor Highway" airing as part of season 3. Seasons 4 and 5 meant to end the series, with said series ending with the second Jimmy Timmy Power Hour. It didn't premiere any episodes in 2007 due to the series not getting revived until the next year, unless you count the re-airing of the pilot. In 2008, the series got revived with "Fairly Odd Baby" where Cosmo has a baby. The series had its 100th episode that Season, with part 2 of "Wishology: The Final Ending". Foop made his first appearance in Season 7, with the double-length premiere "Anti-Poof". Season 8 was the shortest season, with 6 episodes and 5 segments (Timmy's Secret Wish was two parts). It also celebrated the 10th anniversary with "Timmy's Secret Wish". Said Season was all specials, which was possibly meant to celebrate 10 years of The Fairly OddParents. The show went downhill in Season 9, with "Fairly OddPet" a special. Finally, the series ended with "The Kale Patch Caper" although in production order it ends with "Fancy Shmancy". It never got renewed, unlike the first four times it was canceled.
SpongeBob SquarePants: The Great Snail Race/Mid-Life Crustacean (2003)
Good
Each episode is fine. The best part as a whole is Spongebob using the word "lady" as an insult and Sandy deciding to kick Spongebob's butt. That was really funny.
We Bare Bears: Charlie's Halloween Thing 2 (2018)
My favorite episode
The first one is a suspenseful story about zombies. The ending is funny, but I want this review to get featured.
The second one is forgettable. In fact, I'm watching this now, but I forgot it.
The third one is the best of the episode. Suspenseful, scary, a great climax, and features Chloe.
The fourth one is good. A unique story, which is funny. Personally I would've wished for Top 5 On DVD.
The Starting Segments are gold.
The Fairly OddParents: Action Packed/Smarty Pants (2001)
The best episode paired up with a bad episode
Action Packed is action packed like the title says. It's also funny, especially when Timmy says you have to be 13 or older to see the horror.
Smarty Pants suggests you are more boring (like the episode) and self-centered the smarter you are. Yes, it disencorages being smart. Like I said before, it's boring. Plus. A. J. Is a jerk to Timmy. So he fails a lot, you don't have to rub it in his face for it just because you get A's in elementary school.
The Patrick Star Show: Late for Breakfast/Bummer Jobs (2021)
AMAZING!
I'M 10 SO IT'S WACKINESS IS AWESOME! I SPEAK FOR EVERYONE (who's a kid) WHEN I SAY "THAT WAS AMAZING!" HILARITY, FUNNY, DUMBNESS, SPONGEBOB, AND MY FAVORITE CHARACTER...
PATRICK STAR!
The first one spends too long setting up the plot, only giving 1 minute to resolve it due to the last 2 mi uses being Patrick eating dinner, but it has funny jokes and I like the wackiness due to my age.
The second one is the better of the trio, as it spends less time setting up the plot and is wackier. PPersonally, I like to make sure enough food is in each bag rather than worrying about speed.
SpongeBob SquarePants: The Pink Purloiner/Squid Wood (2007)
Fine
1st fine 2nd fine 1st great reception 2nd horrible reception 1st Jellyfish Net 2nd Mini Squidward.

SpongeBob SquarePants: Sandy's Vacation in Ruins (2011)
Would be 9, but it doesn't deserve its runtime
I think that this should be a Spongebob episode instead of a short, heck, it should be double-length! It has a really interesting plot and ends nicely. It's also the only Spongebob short to have a time card, though "Patrick the Snowman" is loosely a Spongebob short.
SpongeBob SquarePants: Handemonium/Breakin' (2019)
Too long! Too short!
Handemonium
Pros
Hilarious.
Takes an unexpected turn.
Cons
Spends 7 minutes instead of the usual 5 setting up the plot.
Never got to watch "Breakin'".
