The 50 Worst Movies Ever Made (2004)
YouTube Documentary with studio backing.
Like the title suggests, this feels more like a top 50 list you'd find on YouTube with poor production values and generic narration. Considering the quality of some of the content on YouTube, even THAT is a bit of a stretch. This documentary is boring, bloated, and a waste of your time. Feels like an hour long WatchMojo video with no commentary on the content aside from "movie bad" and no input as to what caused it save for surface level content you'd find on a Wikipedia page. The film may as well have been voiced by a robot as the narrator sounds just as bored as me and he got paid to read lines, I received no compensation for my lost time.
Inside Job (2021)
HOLY FRICKING CRAP; WATCH THIS NOW!!!
I am a pretentious filmgoer and often associate garbage Netflix adult animation with garbage Netflix adult animation. This show is the exception BY A LOT.
Right of the back Inside Job presents itself as witty and heartfelt with absurdist humor and interesting characters with depth. I was immediately hooked by the dynamic between the protagonist and her dad. Where other shows paint the drunkard father as a bad or at least negligent person, we really feel as though this is one cartoon parent who legitimately cares about his offspring.
The show's a huge breath of fresh air in an otherwise stagnated pool and it's a shame that so many people are going to miss out on this one purely due to its cancellation, lack of advertising, and the mounds of surrounding garbage.
It remains to be seen but this show has the potential to be a new top favorite of mine, likely exceeding shows like Rick & Morty and Red VS Blue for a best comedy.
Clifford the Big Red Dog (2021)
Beware of dog and off brand Zuckerberg
This movie has the most human looking Mark Zuckerberg I've ever seen, I mean he's not even a lizard man. The movie itself is alright. It's fairly generic and doesn't have a lot of rewatch value but it's alright for kids.
Cat Nation: A Film About Japan's Crazy Cat Culture (2017)
Incredibly Chill & Great Destresser
This documentary gives an interesting look at Japan's cat culture and although it's far from comprehensive, it's a great movie for relaxing on a Sunday afternoon. I'd recommend it for whenever you need to chill after a near panic attack as the cute cats will undoubtedly bring a sense of Zen and peace.
Molang (2015)
Very Chill, Great For Younger Kids.
Molang is EXACTLY what a children's show should be. The show is clean, relaxing, and moderately funny. I bought this show on DVD as a gift for my nephew and I do believe it will become a favorite of his. The fun characters have good chemistry and the complete lack of dialogue makes it great for kids of any language or age. It also teaches great lessons of being there for your friends. I would've rated this higher but it isn't exactly to MY tastes, but I'd HIGHLY recommend this for ANY child 5 or younger, or older too. This is about the best thing you could let your child watch and I'll definitely be buying more DVDs, perhaps even for myself.
