This movie is just like it's predecessor, easily the best DC comics movie. Way better than Black Adam. The low rating is undeserved. It is funny, the acting is fantastic except for a few script problems, and it is entertaining as hell. I loved it and I will gladly wait for the next one. Remember it is comics, not reality, and stop comparing everything to Avengers. Nothing will be as good as Avengers. Avengers is about a team, this is a family and a bunch of kids pretending to be superheroes. Of course it has to be silly! Go buy a bag of popcorn and just enjoy. We laughed out loud several times and cried a couple times too.

Is it even possible for a second movie to be better than the first one? Yup! Better acting , better script and the chemistry between all of the actors was amazing. I really really enjoyed it. I also have to say I had no idea there was a second one , I accidentally found it on the plane. So it was Avery nice surprise.
Anyway I'm a Christmas buff so don't take just my word for it watch it and see it. I love it because it not just about romance, which most Christmas movies are these days , but it's about a family and how they celebrate Christmas. Anyway enjoy it . This is way more wordy than I want it but I have to write 600 words to be able to submit . Ha ha merry Christmas.

Have you seen the original boring dragged out Batman movies ? Including the tv show? Well this is the same just with special effects. The movie is dark literally almost the whole movie is in the dark which makes sense since the Batman comes out in the dark. Everyone is yelling at each other all the time and everyone is mad constantly. I got that too. I was excited since this is again a new Batman that maybe we will get a feeling for him basing a little crazy, but the craziest thing we got was "Alfred you are not my father " but oh wait let me hold your hand .
Why was he walking like he had poop in his pants ? Also the music was so distracting that I wasn't sure if I was watching a western movie with a cowboy who boots you almost hear blinging or a Batman movie .
I'm sorry you will either hate this movie or love it I won't tel you to like it or not. I hate it because it had so much potential I was so excited about it. And honestly I think Robert P was an excellent choice I just wish they would have left the twilight out of it. But they couldn't resist , to not Birmingham in the long staring contest and the slow touches. I'm sorry but this move doesn't deserve the ratings . All the said will I go see the next one ? Yes I will because I still have hope they will do justice to the character they were building up the 1st hour of the movie . I have hope .

I hate leaving bad reviews so I usually don't! But I can't resist. This movie is boring , boring , boring!
It lost me so bad , that I have no idea what it is the story anymore . Is it a love story? Or is it just a remake of the first movie?
The acting is good I will give it that but man the script is horrible! Ok it also has some funny moments .

Let me be clear the ratings are a huge more representation of this TV show! Sex and the city were never about trends; they were always about how the main characters dealt with life!
What do you expect? We can't rewind time. I think this tv show represents precisely how our main characters would deal with life at their age! Come ON. Karrie has hip surgery!!! What else do you want ???

Honestly, I'm not sure I watched the same movie as those negative reviewers!
What is the point of watching a movie if we are constantly criticizing it that this and that would work in real life. Why watch a movie at all? A movies purpose is to entertain and I think this movies has accomplished it's goal!
Honest is it Oscar worthy ? No! But is an absolute enjoyment and a little trill. Just sit back relax and watch it for what is . A movie ! That's it nothing more a movie!

Rarely will I ever say bad things about a move or criticize it this bad but man I was mad the entire movie and it just caused physical pain.
The best way I can describe this movie is a ginny going rogue.
And they turned one of the biggest bad ass super hero in to a flab who was hopeless without her boyfriend.
Also everything come true in real life except her boyfriend come back as a ghost and took over a random guys body. What? Poor guy was sleeping with God and he had no idea :))
Anyway I don't think when was the last time I anticipated a movie this much and be this disappointed. Also the whole movie is made in a green room, or blue room or call it whatever you want. Is Hollywood in this loss in how to bring to life an amazing character? I'm serious what happened???

This is way cheesier than the first one but so worth the watch! The plot just gets more complicated and to pull off 3 characters at the same time it's not easy to pull off. So please watch it and put your critical reviews and expectations on the down low because this is an actual good movie! Just sit back and enjoy it for what it is :)

Yes, it's silly! Yeas it's not perfect but yet is entertaining and you can't stop yourself but love the characters.
Silly yet funny and entertaining. Give it a try and if I'm right , give it at least 8 stars so more people can watch it.

There are lots of Jack Ryan stories out there. Could I say this was the best of all? Not even close. But it wasn't bad. I would give it 5 out of 10 stars.
Pros: Chris Pine was a good choice, he definitely delivered. The scene where he kills the guy in the bathtub is pretty believable. I also liked that they didn't bother to have him kill the bad guy in some very climactic way as in many other movies like this.
Cons: I like Kevin Costner because my mom was a big fan, but the more I see him in movies now, I have to say that I'm not sure he knows how to act. He is very monotone, and he talks the same no matter what character he plays. I did not like him at all in Jack Ryan. They could have done better for the money they paid Mr. Costner.

I'm a big fan of the Die Hard movies. Why? Because I believe that they are one of the best action movie series ever, and I love watching John McClane kick ass in a very believable way. So having said this, I think the latest Die Hard movie was just a parody of all the previous Die Hard movies. I wasn't entirely sure if I was watching Die Hard, or Terminator 2.0.
Here is the plot in a few sentences: 1. Father goes to Russia because he finds out son is in jail. 2. A few minutes after arriving, Father takes over the city in a Mercedes, even though he has no idea who the good guys and bad guys are. 3. Son helps a prisoner escape who has information for the CIA, but everyone at the safe house dies and son is stuck with his father. Father still doesn't know who good guys and bad guys are but either way he likes shooting and killing people. 4. Prisoner's daughter is bad, prisoner has no information for CIA, he is after all a bad guy all of a sudden. 5. After a quick drive from Moscow to Chernobyl (only 900 km), everyone dies, of bombing, shooting, falling, suffocating, beheading. Except the father and son, who survive thanks to a nice clean swimming pool conveniently located in Chernobyl.
Here is the plot that they should have used to make it look like a real Die Hard movie.
1. Father finds out that son is on death row in Russia. He decide to go save his son. 2. When he gets to Russia he goes straight to the police to try to find help for his son, the police laugh at him, and have no intention to help him. Father tries to prove his son's innocence, meanwhile he discovers that son is an undercover agent for the CIA. By the time he finds out that, the CIA wants to stop him from getting involved. Father ignores them and goes to help his son anyway, who meanwhile escapes with the other prisoner. 3. CIA agents in Russia get killed while they have the father detained by the Russian bad guys. Father escapes, goes after son, who by now is all alone in the mission, no one even knows that he is still alive. They finally meet up and they get betrayed by the prisoner they were tying to protect. 4. They kill all the bad guys, with the help of a Russian police officer who wanted to arrest the father all along as an accomplice in his son's crime, but who eventually realizes they are the good guys. The end.
I don't know about you but for me a story like that sounds more like a John McClane type of situation than the Terminator 2.0 type of movie. I was very disappointed, and I'm very surprised that Bruce Willis signed up for it after reading the script. I wanted more story, but I only got lots of special effects. Sad that the series ended like this! But hey at least the family is reunited finally!

I just loved it!!! Don't pay attention to all those 3-4 stars this was a great movie. It is a great movies for those of you who wants to take their kids to a fun movie or even for those of you who want a magical night. All kinds of creatures came alive, and there are some hilarious jokes that you just fell of your sits laughing so hard. I loved the whole magical coming alive creatures and i loved that there was more action in the movie than in the first one, and also more special affects more of everything. The moral in the story is a little bit much for me but who cares if you enjoy everything else. Everyone did a a great job. Amy Adams is just adorable she has such an Amy Adams character , she was funny and believable and beautiful.
I really advice you to go see this movie with your family , or just by your self it will also make a perfect date movie.
I could write much more about the story itself and how everyone's acting was, but come one you are not reading these comments because you want to know what the movie is about you are reading this because you want to know if it worth the money or not. And I'm just one of those who would agree with me that this is a movie worth spending your money on. So go enjoy it! I love IMDb, but I believe there are some people out here posting comments on some movies they probably haven't ever seen or if they were there they probably slept through it then woke up from a deep sleep and decided to write something stupid. I love Apocalypto. I think it is a great movie but if you go to see 10,000 BC please don't compare it to Apocalypto, you will make the biggest mistake in your entire movie watching life.
But if you need to get out of this harsh life, if you need to see a different kind of romantic movie than the usual chick flick, than please go and see this move. I think is a beautiful story. It is well done compared to what to budget was for this movie. Yes, I agree it is not the best movie of the year but is a good movie with a fantastic story that just needs to be enjoyed

I have just read a previous opinion about this movie and I totally agree with the writer: you will hate or love this movie!! I don't prefer to say much about it; I just want to give advice that would have been good for me before I went to see it! My advice is to not pay too much attention to the previews of the movie, because you will get a very false picture of the movie and you will expect something different than what is really in the movie. I would have loved this move more without the previews. You will also find Hugh Jackman in a very different role than you have seen him before. It's a very beautifully filmed movie and it has a very good message to all those who who seek power over death.
