As the first shown comment said, one has to get used to the split screen images. When they contain Eckhart/Helena they are easy, but some of them have other scenes, which take a while to accept or ignore. I also find, as I do elsewhere in other movies, that when the voices are low, especially the women', it is possible to miss some (?significant) portion of the sentence. I entirely agree that this is a movie one needs to see more than once. The apposition of the two frames in the 'bedroom' section makes it obvious what is going on without really seeing the physical.. I.e. it is meant to be a mental exercise!!Which is very pleasant.
