History of the World: Part II (2023)
What the heck did I just watch????
It had could be a firework but ended up as an extremely painful bomb... this mess has nothing to do with Mell Brooks... unfunny boring painful to watch cringe... what the heck did they intend with this? It's not even remotely funny... I looooved the first movie.. it was hilarious and funny to this day... I've watched it countless times.... And I was not even able to finish this mini series as it's just a painful waste of time.. what the heck? Mell must have gotten a sh*tload of money for this garbage...
I don't even know how to write more words without to repeat myself about how much of a garbage this is...
Under the Banner of Heaven (2022)
Holy moly...
Just a few minutes in I knew that this series is something different...
Andrew Garfield is mind blowing...
The atmosphere is incredible... I had tears in my eyes after 10 minutes... the emotional gravity which is transported through the images, the feelings, the small settle gestures, especially of Andrew, are sending chills down my spine.
It's not like other productions where everything is shoved in your face... here they trigger emotions and things are playing out in your own mind.
That's way more intense and moving this was.
I really would love to see more productions like this in the future.
Lethal Weapon: One Day More (2018)
W T F?
It is the beginning of 2023 and we've just found this show.
It started ok-ish and got better with every episode.
By far the best character and the main reason to watch the show was... you've guessed it... to see him grow and after so many years of hardship and struggles, finally had the chance to ride into the sunset and get his more then deserved happy ending would have had made his arc perfect...
This ending ruined the whole show... out of nowhere, in the middle of nowhere....
Well.. that hurts... deeply...
HE and his arc was THE show... killing him off this way ruined it and we will not continue to watch it...
Werewolf by Night (2022)
I love it
This is something unique and I really love it.
The whole nostalgic approach is just brilliantly done...
The black and white, the effects and the music are just perfectly capturing that special feeling...
I really would love to see more of this.
This is one of the best phase four productions so far, it has nothing to do with phase 4 and still it's something of the better they produced.
The main characters are likeable.
My only true complain is that it's way to short? This should have been a feature length movie with a little bit more struggles in the labyrinth.
Apart from that, gosh 600 characters are really a lot to write, It's really a blast watching this.
Thor: Love and Thunder (2022)
Look what they did to my boy
This is just gruesome to watch...
Everything and everyone is just a bad joke and punchline...
What happened to Marvel????
Every movie since Endgame is a let down... ok... Shang-Chi was great.. but apart from this one every single movie tries to under bid the last one... what is going on????
Oh.. Christian Bale is great... but the rest is just bad bad bad bad...
It's like Gorr is part of another movie... Gorr is as menacing as it gets... but there are scenes like the one with the portable speaker where I was just waiting for the moment they start twerking...
Not that the scene as it is was not bad enough, but somehow I lost faith in Marvel and the screenwriters...
Ms. Marvel (2022)
Something from the Disney Channnel?
I mostly love Marvel movies but lately the quality of the story telling dropped dramatically and this series is one of the worse to me. It feels like iCarly or some other Disney Channel children show...
I guess this mini series is created to have more inclusion and diversity and to give an entry point to the Marvel Universe to young kids.
Stranger Things: Chapter Four: Dear Billy (2022)
What a ride
There is not much to say apart from that the last 10 minutes will go down in TV history... just brilliant.. stunning... fantastic...
If this will not keep you on the edge of your seat, then nothing will...
I still have tears in my eyes, and I can't stop them every time I think about THIS scene.. omg.
The Matrix Resurrections (2021)
I absolutely LOVE this masterpiece!!!
First.. NO ONE can capture the same magic the original Matrix had... It was unique in every aspect and sense...
The newest addition to the Matrix Franchise is hands down the second best Matrix Movie.
Everyone who just looks at the plot and the action is missing the point.
The whole movie is as meta as meta can be... so much social criticism and commentary, so much so that it looks like most viewers are not understanding what they are watching.. a wise man once said that not every one is ready to get unplugged from the Matrix and unfortunately it shows.
I think this movie deserves waaaay more praise than it actually gets.
No one should be allowed to comment until he/she/it understands the after credit scene and can explain the mega meta of it... to me this was the best after credit scene I've ever seen... and it fits perfectly to the narrative.
Loki (2021)
It's terrible
How can someone decide that auch a brilliant masterpiece with such lovely characters only gets 6 episodes????
That's just cruel...
Knight and Day (2010)
Guilty pleasure
I absolutely love this movie and would love to see more of it.
Justified: Fate's Right Hand (2015)
Epic entry...
This episode is one of it's kind... But hey c'mon... he deserved something better...
Monk (2002)
There is not much to say
ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC...
Now it's 2020 and this is still one a of a kind show, I just absolutely love everything about monk.
Altered Carbon (2018)
Season 01 was brilliant but season 02 is a major let down
I just rewatched Season 01 a few days ago to be prepared for season 02 and well... well... well...
Joel Kinnaman was absolutely brilliant in his role and managed to carry the whole series on his shoulders.
Anthony Mackie might be a great actor but unfortunately he is miscast for this role.
Even Torben Liebrecht, in his role as elite solder is way more menacing and has a better screen presence than Anthony Mackie. I think Torben would have been the way better Takeshi..
Chris Conner as Poe is a real gem and I'm happy they included him in the second season.
The story... oh well... not even close to the quality of season 01.
Hopefully they will give the series another chance with season 03... there is still hope.
Lost in Space (2018)
Unnecessary Drama - The series
They can't do ANYTHING without a drama, they can't walk a floor without it to break it down, they can't stay in a room and just talk without an unnecessary drama, just about ANYTHING they touch or do starts a new drama...
It's absolutely ridiculous...
Absolutely predictable... often the most stupid and ridiculous things I mentioned as a joke really happened...
Between Two Ferns: The Movie (2019)
What was that?
I laugtet so hard during the first few minutes... but after that it was just more than bad...
To me it plays in the same league as Sherlock Holmes with Will Ferrell...
The Bloopers at the end where funnier than the whole movie...
Polar (2019)
Breathtaking
It's soooo over the top and some still sort of funny.
Dark, griddy, violent and yet touching and deep.
It's like warching two movies at the same time. A colorful and cheesy comic with comic villains and a dark violent assasin fighting his way through it.
Netflix... please make this a series, it could be even better than the punisher!!!
Star Trek: Discovery: Point of Light (2019)
Aaaaand it's discovery again
With this episode the magic of Star Trek faded away and left us with Discovery again...
That hurts... get Jonathan Frakes back... pretty please...
This episode was just boring, stupid and bad...
Star Trek: Discovery: New Eden (2019)
This episode was more Star Trek then the whole first season
I was about to write the same as enyone else here...
This episode was finally worthy to have Star Trek in it's name.
Finally...

Security (2017)
I'm not sure if it's a comedy or not...
To me it's like they told Banderas to play in a serious action movie where he has to impersonate an action hero, while they told anyone else thats the are staring in an over the top commedy flic..
The Rookie: Time of Death (2018)
Stunning
This episode is so stunning...
Nathan totally nailed the gravity of the things happening...
I was emotionally on the edge of my seat for the whole time.
The Rookie (2018)
The Nathan Fillion Show
I've just accidentally stumbled upon this show and binge watched the first 5 episodes. So far I love it, but to be honest, mostly because of Nathan.
The other characters / actors are nice, but for me, he carries this show almost alone on his shoulders. His presence and way of being Nathan in this role is so heartwarming and unique... I love it.
The writing is pretty decent.
I love the first 30 seconds of the first episode. This short amount of time and Nathan being Nathan is enough to tell so much about his character, we've really enjoyed this way of storytelling.
Babylon 5 (1993)
Still the best Series ever written
I don't know what to say.... as another fellow reviewer stated.... "Babylon 5 is the greatest science fiction show in the history of television." there is simply nothing more to say... even now in the fall of 2017... The story is a timeless masterpiece which is still unparalleled and the character arches are one of a kind.
Mindhunter (2017)
Brilliant
To me this is one of the cleverest and mind boggling series since a longer time.
Holding it to standards of other action packed crime series, as they are produced today, it's boring as hell, because there is simply no action it... period... at least until now.. and yet it is one of the most intense series and hooking from the very first minute... if you are into very well researched, realistic and psychological accurate stories...
I loved it from the start to the end, even though it has no dramatic cliffhanger like any other series i've ever watched... I can't wait for the second season to learn more about this world... and the minds of all involved characters...
*** there might be an educated guess following ***
I could bet I know who the main antagonist of the second season will be and how the following happenings will be a big point to proof the methods they are developing to the FBI.
The Orville: Pria (2017)
Dramatic and hilarious at the same time
I don't agree with most of the other commenters, as I thought that this episode was absolutely brilliant and earth shaking funny at the same time.
They managed to bridge the gap between a dead serious philosophic scenario and incredibly funny comedy in such a brilliant way, that I was constantly torn between drama and laughing out loud.
Jonathan Frakes managed to embody the spirit of the old TNG episodes in such a beautiful way...
I bow before you and salute you with THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU
I absolutely love this show
