Killing Ground (2016)

Same old boring formula

The story line of this movie is absolutely terrible, and somewhat predictable.It seems that every Australian horror film of this nature follows the same very average formula.

Useless bloke from the city, and so many obvious opportunities that would have turned a 1.5 hour movie into 15 minutes. Reasonable acting though, let down by a very poor story line.

Time I think to start writing scripts, because this wouldn't be hard to surpass.

Coconut Hero (2015)

Something worth watching

Thought this movie was interesting, and actually well thought out.

Don't want to give much of the movie away besides to say, give it a go.

The cinematography I thought was pretty good, as well as the acting.

Too many movies lately have no soul about them or even a story line.

This was one of those movies which would probably watch a few times again.

The story was believable, touching and interesting. Would definitely like to see more from this director and the writers did an amazing job.

I gave it 9 stars, because of it's originality.

Give it a go, it is worth watching.

Thank you for this movie, you have done a fantastic job.

Didn't anything about the movie when I started watching it, and glad that I watched it.

Sicario (2015)

Very Average

Found this really poorly written and while it is a story, the story telling was pretty bad. Real shame, cause it did look like a good opportunity to tell a very interesting story. There were so many holes and the story was not believable at all.

Typical American drivel, and an attack on intelligence. Not sure what it is nowadays, but movies really seem to struggle to tell a good believable story. Cinematography was good though, just a shame about the story line.

Could have been better... much better. Don't want to give much away, but just watch out for various points in the movie where things become an "issue", that would have not been an issue in real life.
