Britain's Ultra Nationalists (2019)
Fascinating interviews!
This documentary provides a disturbing insight into Britain's ultra-nationalist movement, which has been emboldened by Trump and Brexit. There are fascinating interviews!
The Young Pope (2016)
Jude Law is Awesome as the Pope
It's almost as if Jude Law is perfect to play the Pope. He brings a unique character to the screen and I think he tries his best to make his interpretation of what the pope does and stands for as honest as possible while he expresses himself the sinister side of the power the pope has playfully and he doesn't hold back. I love this series. Fascinating seeing Jude Law not play God's representative on earth but play God on earth!
For Sama (2019)
Sad, thrilling and powerful
Incredible film and so dramatic. You really empathise with the characters in the film and see the brutality and horror they go through under the torturous environment of the Assad regime. Depressing also to see the extent of Russian support for the regime.
The Kingmaker (2019)
Privilege matters, Political horror!
Well worth watching. Amazing documentary about privilege and the sociopathic mindset. It's about a narcissistic self serving former first lady abusing her position. The film shines on the ugly politics of the Philippines.
