Arrow: Crisis on Infinite Earths: Part Four (2020)
The good, the bad and the ugly.
So no budget for Candice Pattison and some other actors/actresses but you somehow have a budget for a freaking Blue Gigantic CGI Teddy Bear named Beebo. Wth.
Crisis cameos were good, story overall was terrible. Weak plot, weak/lazy writing, rushed, no unique motive for the villain Anti Monitor except he wants to rule the AntiMatter universe.....(lame)...no Reverse Flash which really would've been a turning point, cheesy/cringe lines especially from Melissa Benoist as Supergirl. Should I list more? I'd rate it 6/10 or possibly 5.5/10. The major redeeming factors as mentioned before are the cameos and the acting of some casts. That's it.
Joker (2019)
Oscar worthy for acting
Joaquin nailed it with his beyond the extra mile acting. He showed that he truly understands the character of Arthur Fleck, his sufferings, conditions, psychological issues, etc. He really shelled out this character. Performing a pathological laughter while crying seems to be an incredibly hard task to act out but yet he nailed it perfectly.
He changed my view on the fact that I should be wary of people who seems different from us and should acknowledge that they may or may not have a psychological/mental condition.
I gave 9/10 because the movie was quite slow but I understand that this was necessary to give us the audience a realistic transformation from Arthur to the Joker we know for at least the last 60 years.
This film beats most movies I've seen mainly because of the quality acting given by Phoenix.
