Married to Real Estate (2022)
Dynamic duel, Egypt and Mike
Egypt and Mike are amazing, from renovation, designing, to reveal. I enjoy the details, discovering the problems and finding the right and affordable solutions. They always have the budget and end in mind. Their designs are tailored to the homeowner needs...practical, modern, forward, thinking, and realistic. They are genuine folks and personal. Another plus, the show does a variety of projects, low end to high. Regardless to the property or budget, all renovations are amazing. The show is educational to all, particularly the investment properties ... teaching all, that investment property can provide income and generational wealth. An add on - sharing their personal life is a great treat.
The Flipping El Moussas (2023)
Interesting, educational and entertaining
Love this show! The show shares this Southern California dynamic couple (Heather and Tarek) at their best - renovation and style expertise with the California flavor: I enjoy The dynamics, chemistry, humor and personal life. This show includes the flipping aspect (contractors, hiccups, permit requirements) along with a design upscale.
Heather is a successful upscale/high end realtor, not a contractor... knows what the customer desires. Tarek is the Flipping Expert, requirements and cost. Together they are the dynamic-dual. They choose to share their personal life...so many can relate to new love, growing as a couple, health concerns, etc. Be nice. Be happy for them!
The show is my happy place.
Harlem (2021)

Adú (2020)
Worth the watch
This movie is of three stories with one common thread, Adu's journey. The story of refugees trying to get out, escape from their hell... self preservation. If you're reading, your life is not bad and your problems are not big. You/our life is good! This movie put things in perspective and touch my heart. I do wish of a different ending, maybe the writers are planning to sequel.
Yearly Departed (2020)
A comic reminder of 2020
It's funny, truthful and entertaining. It reminds us of the hell we experienced in a humorous way. I laughed out loud. Well done!
One of Us (2017)
Worth the watch
Educational and insightful. This movie peaked my interest. I found it educational. Makes you look at yourself and others. Whatever the religion or spirituality...makes you think all should be kind, respectful, forgiving, generous, etc. This movie will expand your Curiosity and knowledge.
Thank your for the insight, sharing your story! The film exposes their life in the rawest form to the world. You don't know what you don't know! It will wow you.
Good Bones (2016)
Very appealing show
I enjoy The dynamics of Mina, her family and the crew. The show is educational and enjoyable. I love Karen's (Mina and Tad Mom) creativity. The show/cast are genuine, raw and entertaining. Yes, it will make you laugh. And, they share their life during the show. Real people with real lives!
I really enjoy their commitment to Indianapolis, improving the city one house at a time, providing a bit of history and sharing local knowledge. They're ambassadors for Indianapolis. Great job!
World's Toughest Race: Eco-Challenge Fiji (2020)
Wow!
I was wowed, mesmerized by the show. I watched episode one and couldn't stop. I watched the entire 2020 series. Very well done.
Home Town (2016)
Nice show
I enjoy the show, The downed-to-earth and personal interactions actions are genuine to Laurel MS. Laurel is a small town where everyone knows everyone. No one is in a hurry. 😊 The majority of the US has never heard of Laurel MS. The show has brought positive attention/spin to Laurel.
My only suggestion Is to modify the show - Laurel is 61/62% + African American and 35/36% Caucasian. Yet, lThe show series reflect 95% Caucasian home purchases and renovations. Every now and again you may see black person as a worker (S4, Episode 6 has a black worker with a speaking part👏🏼). This show does not reflect the demographics.
Before you ask, I am at HGTV fan And I watch every show. And, I know the town.
The Report (2019)
Historical including political challenges, resulting in doing the right thing...releasing the report
The Report is a great movie, it provides a history lesson that include interactions, political challenges and (somewhat) transparency of the US Government.
