The Witcher: Family (2021)
JUST READ THE BOOKS, NETFLIX, PLEASE!
I AM DONE, THIS SHOW JUST SAID:
"Hey, witcher fans, WE DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR UNIVERSE, YOUR BOOKS, YOUR GAMES!".
Are you kidding me? This TV-Show is a joke.
Netflix has changed the WHOLE STORY and CHARACTERS with their PERSONALLITIES.
I don't want to say anything wrong, but if Lauren Schmidt Hissrich is the cause of this, she didn't read books, neither played the games.
The whole TV-Show looks good to someone who doesn't understand anything.
For people who read the books and played the games WHICH WERE INCREDIBLY ADAPTED BY THE BOOKS, THESE PEOPLE, THIS AUDIENCE IS MAD, LIKE ME.
- Yen would never act like this Yen did, she would never run over Geralt, because that's what Yen is.
- Ciri (as Voleth Meir, a character which didn't exist) NEVER KILLED WITCHERS, WHICH ALSO NEVER EXISTED!
- What is this nonsense with Ciri becoming a witcher? Girls were there to become witchers, but they all died, only SOME boys survived, which means - girls can't handle it, are Geralt and Vesemir dumb?
- Damn, Yen is getting that demon into her, THAT NEVER HAPPENED...
- THAT'S HOW FILIPPA LOOKS? NETFLIX, I - AM - OUT!
The Witcher: Voleth Meir (2021)
Just read the books and your show will be 10/10.
I am so mad about season 2, they changed tooooooo much.
- Ofc. Rience brought Ciri's blood to Lydia, and ofc this never happened.
- Voleth Meir, WHO THE FFFF IS SHE??? SHE NEVER WAS IN THE BOOK, VILGEFORTZ IS THE MAIN BAD GUY, BUT NO, NETFLIX NEVER READ THE BOOKS!
- Ciri has blood as tears, I swear, this is nonsense.
- Yen's and Ciri's storyline in the show has never exicted.
- Yen betrayed Ciri and Geralt, by the way, this never happened :)
- Witcher were made to stop Voleth Meir the first? I am out, this is a TOTAL JOKE.
The Witcher: Turn Your Back (2021)
The writer should read the books.
Netflix, don't ever again touch something as good as witcher universe, they completely broke the original story.
- Rience wasn't cought by Aretuza in the beginning, he NEVER SERVER CALANTHE, MY GOD!
- Lydia acts like that? Are you kidding me?
- Triss teleports Geralt to Istredd? For some Monolith? Never happened.
- I don't think witchers were actually created because of the elder blood.
- So they want to make Ciri a witcher? Well, THIS NEVER HAPPENED, NO ONE EVEN TALKED ABOUT THIS IDEA IN THE BOOKS.
AT LEAST SOMETHING HAPPENED IN THE SHOW, WHAT HAPPENED IN THE BOOKS (Yen saved Jaskier and gave Rience a scar from fire).
The Witcher: Redanian Intelligence (2021)
Story - broken
Netflix just hates on witcher fans, I swear.
- Cahir with Yen, he was NEVER with Yen in ANY story from the books.
- Geralt talking to Triss about Eskel's death, about some creature he recently killed, THIS NEVER EVER HAPPENED!
- I don't even want to talk about Triss's look...
- So the fire took Yen's powers? The writers never read the books.
- That dark elf, which was never in the books, is going to do something insane to the story? Insane...
- Lambert and Coen are making fun of Ciri's look? Incredible, because I don't remember this happening.
- Making Dandelion not use his brain, so that the elf which did something wrong goes and sacrifies himself, OMG BRILLIANT!!! No.
What I liked in this episode? Dandelion's song.
The Witcher: What Is Lost (2021)
The story is broken, clearly a joke to the fans who know the original story.
So you are telling me, that Yennefer is considered as DEAD? That she is the Fourteenth of the Hill?
This is such a lie from Netflix.
- Triss is the Fourteenth of the Hill, she was the one, who was considered as DEAD, but TOTALLY NOT YENNEFER, this is so dumb.
Next thing, besides Eskel's death, Netflix really thinks that Lambert, Eskel and Coen look like that? That they act like that? The answer is - no.
- Lambert and Coen are making fun of Ciri, of course that's what they would do and what they ACTUALLY did.
- I don't remember if Stregobor actually has no hands.
- Cahir was NEVER caught by Aretuza, so why is Cahir even there?
- Coen's medalion is wrong...
- Yennefer NEVER SAVED Cahir, BECAUSE HE NEVER WAS CAPTURED BY PEOPLE FROM ARETUZA
- Blue Quen??????
The Witcher (2019)
Worst it could be.
I have read the books and played ALL OF THE WITCHER GAMES.
CDPR has sticked to the books as much as they could, the story was always charachters past, but here, its clearly a bad remake of the original story.
As a TRUE fan of this universe, I will say this, in short, Netflix has:
- Changed the original story (insanely, they killed characters which are still alive in The Witcher 3, which were alive in the books)
- Changed the original look of the characters (Netflix clearly changed EVERYTHING, some characters are dark skin and some are asians, some characters have a different hair color and what not, I AM NOT A RACIST, but sorry guys, this is a medieval time and it just DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE).
What else should I say? Changing the original story and the original characters THAT MUCH, is already enough for a TRUE FAN to HATE the show.
This TV-Show is a joke for the real fans, I am so disappointed...
The Witcher: Kaer Morhen (2021)
Who are these witchers? Eskel?
When Ciri and Geralt reached Kaer Morhen, there were only: Vesemir, Lambert, Eskel and Coen.
Why Eskel is so different from the game? His personallity was always calm, but here he is clearly the opposite.
Why Eskel turns into a leshy? This never EVER happened, not in the books, not in the games, this is just a joke.
ESKEL IS DEAD???? WHO WROTE THE STORY?
He is alive both in books and games.
COEN IS FROM SCHOOL OF THE GRIFFIN, he has a medalion from the School of the Wolf in the show...
The Witcher: A Grain of Truth (2021)
Ciri in this story? Boar - Nivellen?
What is Ciri doing in this story? She never was there.
Why Nivellen looks like a funny boar and not a giant bear type, scary dude?
Why in the end Nivellen wants to die, if in the books everything was good?
