Don't Worry Darling (I) (2022)
4/10
Lots of unanswered questions
18 November 2022
Warning: Spoilers
The concept, production and idea of the movie is good. I just don't think it was executed well. There was just many things that had no reasoning to them or were left unanswered.

Like why did the eggs break with nothing in them, and just ignored afterwords?

Why did Alice start breaking out?

How is Jack unemployed but yet has to leave to work?

How do you die in real life?

We'll never know.

It's kind of like Olivia Wilde had all these different ideas and just put them together without a plot or story.

So be expected to be confused, have unanswered questions, and an abrupt ending.

Best part: Florence Pugh's acting.

Disappointed
7 June 2022
When I first started I thought this show was going to be about Kenobi, Darth Vader, Luke and how they were affected each other before A New Hope. However, I rapidly realized it was about Kenobi being a weak, boring babysitter to Princess Leia (who is annoying af).

Isn't he suppose to be a strong Jedi? He hasn't really done anything that made me go "YES!!"

The antagonist is annoying and I can easily roll my eyes at. She's obsessed with finding Kenobi and basically it's like "girl chill". I'm wanting to fast forward her parts, but sometimes it's essential for plot.

I hope Darth Vader comes in clutch and we see more of Luke.

Good for kids and adults.

I like this movie. I'll watch it every Christmas. It has humor for adults and still hits at the kid stuff for Christmas spirit. It's a cool take on how a "not a family man" Scott Calvin has become the loving Santa Claus and the year of his transition. I love the insults Scott gives Neil. It's good humor. However I'd just stop at this one. There's two more after this and they are nothing like the first one.

Childish
13 December 2020
Warning: Spoilers
The first one was way better. It made a lot more sense and appealed to a older audience. It was heartwarming and it had things for adults and children. The second is more childish and just annoying for the older audience. We have stupid reindeer that talk like they are drunk, instead of when in the first one they were silent and smart. Then the plastic Santa is so stupid. So unnecessary. Bernard became more paranoid not at all how certain he was in the first. For my sister and I we just skip the fake Santa parts. When it is just Santa looking for a wife it is more like the first so that's what I enjoy. However that is still a stretch. The first is way better and you'd be fine just stopping at that one. The third is just awful.

Chapter 2 lacks and success
7 September 2019
I loved IT Chapter One. Good humor and good acting. How they got adult actors to be so like the younger actors was amazing. Eddies character's actors look basically the same. There were also some moments in this movie that made me gasp.

I did miss Bill Skarsgard though. His Pennywise wasn't in the movie as much as it was in the first one. They relied a lot more on CGI.

So good movie, however the first one was better.

Dark Humor vs. Horror
3 September 2019
Warning: Spoilers
It was a really good movie. A bride realizing her in laws are crazy is relatable for tons of people.

The humor in this really made me laugh. With the coke addicted daughter and her stupid husband who don't really understand how it all works, then the alcoholic eldest son who is done with everyone's crap. I actually laughed out loud. But it was very gruesome. Don't forget that part. Lots of blood.

I was kind of disappointed in the end with Alex, but I'm at least happy that one of them in the end was like "screw my family" You should watch this movie! Worth the $9

Expectations
8 August 2019
From the last episode I had really high expectations for this one but it didn't really meet them. I'm not saying it was bad. Having Moria and Luke finally face the Waterfords without being behind a fence made me happy. Made them understand their place in Canada. I can't comment on the ending though, I really liked that character.

Waiting for this.

The season has been a little slow but this episode....this episode was what EVERYONE was happy to see. The ending was amazing. Waterfords got what was coming and June was a god damn badass. I'm so excited for the next episode.
