I watched these movie like 23 years ago ( I'm thirty right now ), on the local TV stations from my country. I remembered that every Saturdays and Sundays at evening time, the Italian movies about Greek mythological heroes, the spaghetti westerns, the second world war movies and others more, were popular among Salvadorians. It was the time from our Civil War period, so the people enjoyed watching these movies to avoid the sad story of our country. On those years I knew those actors like MARK FOREST, STEVE REEVES, KIRK MORRIS and GORDON SCOTT, who played most of the movies of HERCULES and also the movies of HERCULE'S SON, MACYSTE. These particular movie, I enjoyed because the story took place during the INCA CIVIL WAR period ( obviously there is an inaccuracy in history, because in that period of time, the INCAS were conquered by the Spanish troops under FRANCISCO PIZARRO), but instance of being visited by the bloodiest conqueror, the Greek Gods allowed to HERCULES to arrive to Peruvians shores after being the only survivor from a shipwrecked, and he helped to prince MAYTHA ( role performed by GULIANO GEMMA) and his courageous Incas to defeat the tyrannical king Juascar, who have King Atahualpa being imprisoned, to seize the power against MAYTHA. The movie finished with a great battle with the OLD CUZCO city surrounding the fighters. I feel very upset that in my country, the Catholic church´s authorities make pressure through the goverment that these movie was a bad message for their followers, so the Secretary of Interior decided that the showtime during the day for these movie should be only twice at nightime in each of the four theaters that have it. In my own opinion IT´S A REALITY AMONG US, that Catholic priests are under a terrible decadence that make them to practice these situations that appeared during the movie. In instance of condemn these movie, I invite to any person that want to serve to GOD, to watch these movie, and learn that their spiritual position is a gift from the Lord, and not a disguise to hide their evil nature, that later, make that the faith of many begin to decrease by the thaught that those that make these mistakes, follow the order of a Supreme Being.
Excellent movie about the Six-Day War !

This movie could be consider as one of the few movies that described the historic moment that israeli people lived in Israel during the Six-Day War, especially because they were surrounded by a great number of enemies , and their determination to remain like a Jewish State allowed to them to defeat it. I watched the movie like 20 years ago, and in that time, I Got the oportunity to record in my Betamax , and I still have it with me, and when I have time, I enjoy watching it again. The best scene could be when the commandos destroyed the radar station from Egyptian Army.

The Best Movie about Mexican Revolution

LA GENERALA it is a movie not filled with ideals about Mexican Revolution, so differ with rest of movies about the same topic including Mexican and American movies, which have the portrayal that Mexican revolutionaries are good guys that fight by an ideal and Federal Army are the tough guys that support a dictactorship that oppressed the poor people. LA GENERALA performed by the beauty Mexican Actress MARIA FELIX, is a rich woman that get involved in the Mexican Revolution by a feeling of revenge by a massacre that committed the Federal Army against her poor neighbors. So she financed a group of thieves that declared themselves revolutionaries, but they really ignore for what they are fighting, so when they arrived through the haciendas and villages, they steal, rape and murder just for a revenge and not for an ideal,and LA GENERALA feed that feeling among her soldiers with the hate that she lives inside her heart, and she demonstrated it when she tricked to ERIC DEL CASTILLO, a Mexican Federal Officer who was the main responsable of the massacre mentioned before, when she invited him to have sex with her, and she tied him to a bed, and cut the genitals of him, as symbol of vengeance. LA GENERALA was the last movie of MARIA FELIX in the Mexican movie history.

!It´s a movie that It will help to understand the future of human beings on the following years according to the book of Revelations from the Bible, if you are a non-religious person, I recommend to see it and you will discover an answer to all those questions that your life have right now, and if you trust in the message from that answer toward your life and your relatives and friends too, you will not be part of those LEFT BEHIND. Read the books with the same title are very exciting readings.
