- Worlds lived, worlds died. Nothing will ever be the same.
- Kara wakes up from a dream of saving universe, and instinctively releases a burst of heat vision when Alex comes in. Alex explains that Kara fell asleep in front of the TV, and Supergirl remembers the Dawn of Time. She looks outside and sees the world is normal, and says that it's not right because it's right. Kara brings up a story on Supergirl defeating the White Martian, and Alex says that she has to go. Her step sister assures her that she's fine and tells Alex that she loves her. Nia calls Kara and says that the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony is starting any minute and Kara needs to be there.
Kara superspeeds to the ceremony and explains her "dream" to Nia. Lex is introduces as the Peace Prize winner, and Kara stares at him in shock and wonders if she's still dreaming. Nia tells her that Lex really deserves it, and Lex winks knowingly at Kara. Lex then gives a speech about how he doesn't have any powers but has dedicated his life to fighting on the side of humanity. Kara glares at him as Lex says that he stands with mankind, and everyone else gives him a standing ovation.
Later at the DEO, Alex tells Supergirl that people think Lex is a good guy. She insists that Lex is the "best guy" and he runs the DEO. Lex and Lena defended Supergirl to the President, and Supergirl realizes that the DEO is a LuthorCorp subsidiary. John comes in and privately tells Supergirl that it all happened. Supergirl realizes that since they're Paragons, they're the only ones who remember.
An alarm goes off and Supergirl says that she'll go to investigate. Weather Witch is firing lightning bolts, and Supergirl arrives and wonders who Weather Witch is. Weather Witch knows Supergirl, and Flash speeds in and sends Weather Witch flying. When Supergirl wonders why Flash is on her Earth, he says that it's his Earth. A man, Marv, comes up and asks them for signatures, and says that it's normal to see them together. Marv knows about all of the superheroes on the different earths, and says that they've always worked together.
In Central City, two sewer workers find Harrison unconscious in the tunnels. One of them goes to call for help, and the other worker shines his light on a nearby blank section of wall.
In Star City, Sara finds herself in an alley with no memory of how she got there. She vaguely remembers Crisis, and calls Ray to ask where he is. Sara meets Ray at a bar and hugs him, and he confirms that he doesn't remember Crisis. John arrives and telepathically says that it's good to see them safe. Ray knows John, and John explains that when they restarted the universe they combined all of the earths into one. John telepathically feeds Ray memories of Crisis, and explains that he's been going from city to city restoring the memories of the heroes. He tells Sara that there has been no sign of Oliver, and Sara goes off to find her friend.
Sara goes to the bunker and discovers that the dummy with Oliver's Arrow costume is empty. Diggle, Rene, and Dinah come in and says that they already know that Oliver is dead after John brief them. They realize that Oliver died twice, and Diggle mourns the fact that he failed Oliver both times. Sara tells Diggle that the multiverse died and now they're back, which means Oliver might be back as well. Rene explains that they had Felicity run a global search and there was no sign of Oliver. Sara insists that Oliver might have survived as the Spectre, but Diggle tells her that they're friend is gone.
At STAR Labs, Caitlin is examining the unconscious Nash. John comes in and restores Caitlin's memories, and she stares at Nash in shock and realizes that he released the Anti-Monitor. Harrison wakes up and wonders where he is, and John tells him that he damned them to Hell. When Nash tries to leave, John feeds him the memories of Crisis. Nash apologizes but says that John and the others fixed his mistake, and John says that they didn't entirely.
Flash and Supergirl go to the bunker and confirm that all of the worlds are one. Sara tells them they didn't save everyone, and Rene tells them that Oliver didn't make it. Diggle figures that Oliver had to sacrifice himself to make everything else possible. An alarm goes off indicating that they're being attacked.
In the city, a giant Beebo walks down the streets and says that he's hungry. Sara calls Ava and Nate on Waverider, and Sara explains they were in a crossover and now Beebo is rampaging through Star City. She tells the Legends to stay in DC, and Ava says that one of them is already there.
Mick is signing his books as "Rebecca Silver", and Beebo walks past. Down the street, Flash, Supergirl, and Atom wait for Beebo. Atom takes a selfie. In the bunker, Sara and the others figure they can use the distraction. When Sara spots a utility truck, she tells Atom and Supergirl to keep Beebo contained while Flash grabs the cables from the truck and entangles Beebo's legs. Mick arrives and blasts Beebo, and Supergirl and Atom fly down so they can all trip Beebo. The cable pulls through Beebo's legs and he walks off. Atom doesn't read any elements from Beebo, and Batwoman drops down and says that Beebo is unnatural. She figures that it's a diversion, and Mick realizes that the person responsible is committing a robbery.
Sargon the Sorcerer robs a jewelry vault, and Flash and White Canary arrive. White Canary tells Sargon that Beebo is off-limits and punches Sargon unconscious, and Beebo collapses as well.
Later at the bunker, everyone celebrates with champagne. Nash comes in to warn them that his gauntlet sensor has detected a massive surge of anti-matter. Diggle realizes they're fight isn't over, and Nash warns that it might be starting all over.
Sara goes out on the city steps and Barry finds her. She figures that Laurel let her win their climbing races as a child, and Sara is still a sore loser. Barry tells Sara that Oliver's sacrifice saved their world, and Sara explains that Oliver was the only person left who knew her when she was normal. With Oliver gone, she has no connection to the world. Barry tells her that he knows what it's like to lose family, but he's discovered people are also the people they find. Sara admits that the Legends are her family.
A shadow demon flies down, and Barry manages to destroy it at superspeed. John sends a telepathic message that the Paragons are being hunted, and they realize the shadow demons will go after Ryan.
Ryan barricades himself in his nursery with his child, and a shadow demon burst in. Sara arrives and tells him to come with him. They go to the bunker and White Canary figures the shadow demons they encountered are assassins. Nash figures that the Anti-Monitor is alive, and warns that if they destroy the Anti-Monitor then it will cause an antimatter explosion. He insists that they have to fix it, and Ryan suggests that they compress the Anti-Monitor's atoms so he'll shrink indefinitely. Ray agrees with the theory, and Nash says that he can create a device to do it. White Canary warns that things will get messy, and tells Mick to go with Ray, Ryan, and Nash while the others hold back the shadow demons. Ryan hangs back to tell her that they're fighting for the Earth Oliver sacrificed his life to save, and White Canary vows to go down fighting.
The next day, the shadow demons congregate at Gardner Pier. The heroes go out to fight them, and the two sides collide. The demons fly past the heroes and then form into the Anti-Matter, who says that it's time for the Paragons to meet their end.
Ryan, Ray, and Nash work at STAR Labs to make the shrinking dev ice. Mick and Killer Frost guard them as the first shadow demon arrive. Black Lightning arrives and destroys it, and more shadow demons arrive.
The Anti-Monitor advances on the heroes, dismissing them as insects. He advises them to surrender, and White Canary says they never will. The heroes charge forward in Oliver's name, and the Anti-Monitor easily deflects their attacks. He slams a first down, releasing a blast of energy knocking the heroes back, and then grows to giant size.
The flying heroes attack the Anti-Monitor, and Ray says that they need fast hands. Flash runs to help them, while the flying heroes keep the Anti-Monitor occupied. John is hit by one of the Anti-Monitor's swings while saving Supergirl.
Flash speeds into the lab and Nash shows him what they have to do. The speedster assembles the bomb at superspeed, and Nash tells him that he has to get it into direct contact with the Anti-Monitor. Flash takes Ray with him.
The Anti-Monitor grabs Superman, and the shadow demons head for Perez Landing. White Canary and the ground forces fight them, and Flash arrives, disperses the demons, and says that Atom is delivering the bomb. The shadow demons reform and surround the ground heroes.
Supergirl flies at the Anti-Monitor to save Superman, but before she can hit the villain, Atom arrives and shrinks Superman out of the Anti-Monitor's grasp. The hero then tosses the bomb to Supergirl, who throws it at the Anti-Monitor's chest. The Anti-Monitor shrinks out of sight, his shadow demons disappearing with him. Atom reenlarges Superman, and White Canary whispers a thanks to Oliver.
That night, the President gives a speech about the Anti-Monitor's attack and how the world's greatest heroes saved everyone. Diggle watches with Lyla... and both of his children.
Kara, Kate, and Alex watch the address from Kara's apartment.
Lois calls Superman and says that she needs him in Metropolis to deal with their sons.
Barry and Kara watch the President's address as she informs the nation that Oliver sacrificed his life for the world's survivor, and Oliver is known as the first of their heroes. The President asks everyone to join in a moment of silence to honor Oliver.
Across the multiverse, Earths rise and fall. Finally on Earth-Prime, the Age of Heroes is born.
The heroes gather at the hangar where many of them first met, and Supergirl tells Oliver that the world--and her--have hope again. Barry thanks Oliver for believing in him and bringing out the best in all of them, and Sara says that she never imagined a life without Oliver. Oliver changed her fate for the better, and Sara thanks him for it. Supergirl lights an eternal flame in front of the case holding Oliver's costume, and Black Lighting tells Barry that Oliver must have been a good dude.
Black Lightning asks why they chose a condemned building, and Barry says that it's an old STAR facility that no one knows exists. Barry figures they can use it to gather, and Black Lightning wonders how often they'll need it. He realizes that it happens more often then he would think, and Barry reveals a meeting table with their individual insignia on each chair. One chair is for Oliver. All of the heroes take their seats. A monkey chatters overhead, and somewhere a cage with the name "Gleek" on it hangs open.
