During the final temple showdown, Jake has a sword in each hand until the camera angle changes and Brax flips him over using his spear/staff, when one of the swords disappears from the scene.
At one point during his final fight scene Nicolas Cage leans on his sword and it bends, revealing it as not actually a real sword.
Obvious crash mats under the hay for the soldiers to land on when they are kicked of the wall in the POV sequence at the military base.
