There's a couple of interesting things going on in this episode. First of all, Louis is talking to Lipschiitz and inds he is being sued by a guy who claims he received an incorrect prescription dosage for his disorder. Louis wants to take the case but his psychiatrist feels it's a conflict. This is all about compassion which few people have on this show. This is handled well. In a second one Alex is dealing with a woman's death because of a machine's mistake, injecting insulinin for her diabetes. A previous reviewer shows why this is ridiculous, but suffice it to say, it is a tough case where the husband is initially accused of murder. Finally, Scotty reappears and goes nose to nose with Samantha and brings out the fightin' side of her. All three episodes have ethical questions to deal with.
