Samantha is approached by her former foster mother who has been charged with intent to sell drugs when one of her boys is actually found in possession. This leads to all kinds of crap about her being betrayed by this woman and refusing to stick up for her when she ended up in he system. The whole case could have been so simple. As usual, they intimidate the judge using a from of extortion. In the bigger deal, that tech guy is being blackmailed by a guy who knows about some shady dealings previously, involving Donna, Harvey, and the firm, that we dealt with in a previous season. Also, Katrina has to deal with her letting her associate go which hurts her and could devastate him.
