After Ransom's "strange energies" are purged and all of the changes he made are reverted, his uniform is still intact. His uniform had been damaged in the blast that gave him those powers; he then used his newfound godlike abilities to repair it. If all the alterations he made were undone, the uniform should have once again been tattered.
The view of the secondary hull and warp nacelles out the windows changes as Rutherford and Tendi talk. Sometimes it is viewed straight on, with the deflector dish fully visible, other times it is well to port of their position.
During the stinger aboard the Titan, the officer seated to Boimler's left says that he's taking the ship into the anomaly. That man is at the ops station. Boimler is at the helm. If anyone was going to take the ship anywhere, it would be Boimler, who is clearly opposed to the idea of going into the anomaly.
When Tendi is chasing Rutherford through the ship's corridors, the secondary hull and its deflector dish can be seen out the windows. The saucer section is located high above the secondary hull. Such a view of the deflector dish would not be possible from anywhere on the ship.
When Captain Riker calls for someone to "punch [him] a way out of this," the officer who replies, "Punching," and fires phasers is a red-uniformed man seated at the ops station. Weapons are controlled from the tactical station, located behind the captain's chair, manned by a gold-uniformed security officer.
When Tendi is trying to shock Rutherford back to being normal, she hits him with a folding chair. This type of chair is common in the 20th/21st centuries, but is far outdated by the 24th century.
Ensign Barnes mispronounces the word "symbiont."
