"Cops and Robbers" opens with an armoured cash transit vehicle stopping whilst some NYPD officers conduct a sobriety test on someone they have arrested...only for the "cops" and the alleged drunk to turn on them and steal the millions of dollars in the truck.
OA and Bell arrive on the scene to track down the crew - needless to say, they aren't police - who have launched multiple successful hijacking attempts against armoured cars all from the same company. One of the suspects is an Army Ranger who served in Iraq like OA did, and OA tries to use that fact to build some rapport. A pretty tense climax to a very fast-moving episode that, when not sending the main characters after some pretty ruthless bad guys, shines a light on the trauma that some veterans go through and how disaffected they are upon returning home.
