- Two men fight each other during a prolonged scene. Quite a lot of punching, head-butting, kicking and grappling. At one point, one of the men hits the other in the neck, breaking his windpipe. Despite barely being able to breathe properly, he starts to beat the other man with a pair of nunchucks before eventually collapsing on the floor.
- Another prolonged fight scene involves a young girl repeatedly hitting a fully grown man with various objects including a frying pan and beer bottles. This culminates in the girl jumping on the man and stabbing him in the back with a kitchen knife. The man manages to shake her off and she flees from the house.
- A man is seen with blood on his face throughout most of the episode.
- A pretty gruesome stab wound is shown in close up a couple of times during the epsiode. Another man stitches up the wound off-screen but, in a very gruesome closeup, we see the poorly-done stitches tear apart. The other man then resorts to sealing the wound with super-glue though we don't see it happen in detail.
- A young girl bites onto a man's cheek. She latches on for several moments before biting off a chunk of the man's cheek. She then seen with blood all around her mouth and on her teeth.
- Two men scrap with each other in a supermarket. Some grappling and punching but it mostly consists of them knocking over stands and throwing random items at each other.
- A man is shot in the cheek and falls to the ground. However he gets up after a few moments and forcefully kicks another man, killing him instantly. He's then shot several times by the police before falling down to the ground dead.

- This episode is by far the most violent and gruesome to date. The fight scenes are quite prolonged and intense (though some people might find them more farcical than intense). Also the moment where a stitched-up wound tears open in graphic detail might gross out some people.
- Rated TV-MA for strong brutal violence and language.

Violence & Gore
- Two grown men tussle.
- A grown man is brutalized by a young teenage girl.
- Two men tussle once more, this time having it out in a dollar store. It also happens in front of shoppers, who are caused a great deal of stress from the situation.
- A well-meaning employee has his chest stomped in, by a superior and far more physically fit man.
- Some putz gets kicked in the head and dies.
- During a lengthy hand to hand combat scene, a skinny man gets absolutely bodied by a physically superior man. During his struggle, the skinny one ends up crushing the buff man's windpipe. Throughout the rest of the episode, the man's breathing is labored, strained, wheezing and whistling. This may cause viewers discomfort.
- An Adonis is shot in the face by a weaker man, incapacitating him. Upon successfully rolling a constitution saving throw, the titan of a man proceeds to murder the nincompoop. The police finally show up and in a sickening display, on par with the execution of John Coffey in the powerful classic "The Green Mile", riddle one of God's own angels with a flurry of bullets, murdering him.

- A demon wearing a young girl as a meat suit terrorizes two grown men.
