It is a profound inspired use of a sort of nightmare familiar for many kids. Be abandoned, in a foreign place, front to a creepy person, expecting the worst. All the ingredients of nightmare are present. Like the delicate suggestion of the detention in the skin of the same age. Well crafted, just great.
