An odd but thrilling show

Funny cute show

Often humour in kids shows can feel a bit simplistic and patronising for adults but I genuinely found this to be a refreshing gem.
The storylines do however get a little repetitive, with Dino getting swept up in something and Cupcake either feeling left out or trying to stop Dino from going too far or burning himself out. The episodes tend to end with them realising they are better as a team and that bring the moral of the story.
Overall it's a great show with a bright and cheery art style and original characters with substance to them. I watch this when I'm sad and it fully immerses me in the silliness of Big City and its inhabitants.
Would recommend for all ages.

"Cupcake and Dino: General Services" may just be one of the worst cartoons that I've ever seen. Jesus Christ.
It basically takes two awful cartoons, that also happen to be 'buddy comedies': "Breadwinners" and "Pickle and Peanut" and throws them into a blender.
Both of those cartoons were really, really bad on their own, but "Cupcake and Dino" is basically the two 'toons combined into one entity, making for a disastrous mix.
It has a similar art style, similar main duo who have a job just like the Breadwinners and Pickle and Peanut do. Cupcake and Dino go around doing the titular "general services", whereas the Breadwinners go around town delivering bread to ducks and Pickle and Peanut are the clerks of a grocery store, respectively.
Combine those two already horrible cartoons into one, and you've got a monstrosity of a cartoon that outright spits in the face of animation.

General Service to my Day

It feels silly to admit it but my girlfriend and I who are both in out mid 20s, were pretty excited for season two. It's an adorable cheesey show with stand out characters, in a world that's pretty grey and serious these days, their burst of colour and happiness is a great way to break it up.
Nonsensical but also funny to watch.

Wow. This is actually pretty funny. The plots may be nonsensical but this is a show I reccomend you watch this show on Netflix if you have an account. It's basically Pickle and Peanut and Breadwinners done right. The jokes are good in quality and actually funny, the animation is creative, and the characters are tolerable, adorable and hilarious. The title characters are SwaySway & Buhdeuce and Pickle & Peanut if they aren't one-dimensional or being loud and obnoxious or even having to rely on toilet humor for cheap comedy. It's a weird cartoon from Canada, but weird is better than boring. If I made a weird and funny cartoon, it would be about a happy-go-lucky magical 13-year-old named Cheese and his normal 10-year-old cousin Mac, who would deliver packages in wacky and strange situations, with lots of creativity. Again, give this show more love by watching this show on Netflix (or, if you live in Canada, Teletoon).
Cutest Ever

Light and gentle comedy, pleasing voices, and an overall sweet nature. Few cartoons manage to be this vivid and imaginative while still maintaining a relaxing setting and a rational moral compass.
As a former animation student, I use it to unwind. If I had children, I'd own the box set before they could speak.
