After having seen the first couple of episodes I had high hopes for this show. I mean, you have it all here - great cast, great plays and a great writer to top it all off. Yes but no, in fact. What seemed like a build-up for a great ending only got to disappoint. I guess you could say that all of Stephen King's movie adaptations are either a hit or a miss (plenty of examples that I won't bore to name now). And this falls to the latter type. The screenwriters started making what seemed like a tasty cake at the beginning, then proceeded to add the topping in the middle slowly little by little only to take a huge dump on it right at the end. If we think of the 10-star rating system where the 6 is a median, I am giving this ending episode a 5, while a solid 7 for the whole show. Might just be me, then again it might not. Oh, well. Won't be losing any sleep over this.
