- In one episode, Flex Mentallo accidentally flexes the wrong muscle and makes everyone, including Danny the Street and the Doom Patrol, orgasm. Since Robotman's body cannot do this, he pretends to join in.
- In season 2, sex ghosts are introduced--blue, ghost-like people having sex. Fairly graphic with thrusting and moaning, but no genitals are shown
- There are giant butt creatures with teeth around their anuses of both male and female (anus is very visable). Very detailed but not graphic.
Violence & Gore
- When we see Cyborg after the accident, his leg and half his face is gone And is very gory. A few scenes after we see Silas Stone with Victor will his arm missing, very disturbing
- A persons head is impaled with an exclamation mark with blood spray.
- In episode 3; Cliff becomes embroiled in a violent brawl with Nazi youths that results in very graphic carnage, probably the most violence that Cliff ever gets involved in throughout the entire show.
- A woman cuts her wrists on screen and completes suicide s1x6
- It is implied that Cliff was killed in a car accident but it's later revealed that when he was driving, he was reckless and his low car slammed into a jack-knife trailer, causing his wife Kate's head to slam against the truck and be decapitated.
- An 18 year old boy is talking to his father when his mother grabs the father and drags a large kitchen knife across his throat, slicing it and killing him in front of the boy.
- A character is put under the control of another character and takes a pen, which they then jam into their eye socket, killing them.
- The Candlemaker breaks into the Underground and when he is attacked by Katy, he throws her against a wall, killing her. He then reaches down and pierces Baby Doll's chest with his claws, flinging around her impaled body.
