Will & John clearly leave the agricultural enclosure door open as they exit to the beach in their sealed spacesuits & keep walking without pause, but when the camera pans back to show the overview of their base, the manually operated hatch is now sealed shut.
This takes place seven months later and Will Robinson (and actor Maxwell Jenkins) have grown about 6 inches. Yet, his spacesuit still fits. And with limited supplies it is unlikely they made a new one for him.
When Don is talking about the output of the solar generators, he mentions it would take 200kW to get off the planet, but it should have been 200kWh as the latter is an amount of energy. For example, an EV can charge up to 350kW but the battery itself may hold around 80kWh.
The doctor says in world war one the German and French troops held a truce but it was the British and not the French troops.
John repeatedly tells his family to "raise" and "lower" the halyards to steer the ship. While using the sails like this to steer the ship is perfectly valid, the terminology is wrong. Halyards are used to raise and lower the sails, they are not themselves "raised" or "lowered". It would be akin to telling someone to "raise the sash cord" instead of "open the window".
An experienced sailor - as John is supposed to be - would be telling his crew to raise or lower the sails, not the halyards.
