NJ Hall of Fame has only been around for ten years. Every year there is an annual gala celebration with inductees from business, entertainment, politics, sports and literature. The tenth annual induction ceremony included highlights here with performances by Bruce Springsteen (an inaugural inductee) who also presents his friend and colleague, Steven Van Zandt. Felipe Rose from the Village People in his native attire presents the honor to friend, Gloria Gaynor. Senator Bill Bradley inducts writer, Anna Quindlen. Joe Piscpolo inducts Al Leiter. There are some notable inductions like Mark and Scott Kelly, identical twins who are also astronauts. Blondie's Debbie Harry has a memorable line about missing New Jersey tomato season. The event took place at the Paramount Theatre in Asbury Park, New Jersey. Too bad, Meryl Streep couldn't make it.
