Mixed emotions

I am currently on episode 4. Each episode isn't holding my attention well at all unfortunately. I feel like they are having to do special adventures or bring their friends in every single time to keep their show interesting. Which is understandable.. I would have to as well, most people do. But it comes off a little more forced than other shows. Evan- he is a constant struggle for me. Him and Ashlee are such different people that seem to truly value opposite things and it seems to truly wear on her. It's not fun to watch him disregard who she is, how she feels, etc. It is obvious she is trying to make their marriage work and she is wanting to love him sooooooooooooooo much... but he is just RUDE! Today, it was said that she doesnt know how to ride a bike, the producer said "but she can work a narrow balance beam".. his response--"so can I, I can do a balance beam, I'm a jack of all trades". His self centerdness and lack of respect for his WIFE is disturbing as a viewer.

Make the show more about Ashlee and less about him please!

You know you have some of those annoying friends with perfect relationships always talking about how much they love each other, how funny things are and shoving their perfect relationship down your throat.

YUP this show is THAT friend.

I watched it for 5 mins, when they start talking about how they met as they look in each other's eyes and try to make jokes about it, as it they think it's cute, I turned it off. Goodbye, my so called friend. I'll see you at your divorce and welcome you into my cynical world when that happens.

I don't know where to start... it's just awful!!! I wish I could give negative stars. I grew up listening to Ashlee simpson & was a huge fan of her music.. All I know about Evan Ross, is he Diana Ross's son. 10 mins into the first episode and it is cringe worthy. I feel like that third friend sitting at a table while your friends are rubbing their love in your face as if they think its cute! It's gross and I will watch no more!!! It feels as if they thought damn we're broke what can we do.. oh let's make a reality show! There is no substance.. but of course let's not forget the hang on friends to fill in space.

Misogyny at its best

Evan is so ego driven he can't spend one weekend alone with his wife and daughter without his paid entourage showing up. Ashlee just comes off as extremely desperate and sacrifices her own feelings and needs on order not to make Evan mad. Everything is all about him all the time and this show is just a desperate attempt at relevance.

Everything is zany happiness, never a problem, friends who never leave or work but always have fine clothing and bad cars. Wished they followed back the "friends" and "Hangers" to their homes. A great reason why people dislike LA. When the best thing about a show is it's creative shooting angles and methods, that's a problem.

Why is everyone so negative. I love the show. I've always loved Evan. There's something about him that's intriguing. I think his singing voice is sexy unique and really good. Ashlee also has a unique voice also good. I feel like their family and personalities throw off a very authentic genuine kind and humble vibe. I absolutely love the show you can tell they are very private people trying to do a reality show and I think they're doing a great job! So sick of the obnoxious narcissistic drama filled shallow reality shows. There's is so different it just gives you a great feeling when watching. love them and I'll continue to watch!

Annoying and waste of time

I can't even watch a commercial with these two on it. They are so fake. I did not even know who they were. I have to forward the recordings on this show. They are very annoying to watch before a show that I watch comes on. They are very fake and annoying. This is such a waist of time on tv. It's boring.

Don't waste your time

I have a broken bone so I've been watching everything that i know will be horrible sbecause I can't move much and I stumbled across this show. It's incredibly boring and they think they are way more interesting than they are. All Ashlee actually seems to talk about is being a mom and working and how stressful it is. Moms all over the world do this. Grow up. Show is reaching for drama. Ashlee is super ditzy. Don't watch if Jessica Simpson's idiocracy annoyed you from Nick and Jessica.

This is a cute reality show about a couple in the music business. You watch their personal struggles and learn about their personal life. You get to watch them put together their album that will be released at the end of the series. It's a nice reality show and it's an easy fun watch.
