Driving home, commissioner Lars Pöhlmann must stop for startled Robert Ohlsen's garbage truck and notices an arm sticking out. The corpse, to be pieced together, was local environmental activist Peter Misselbach, whose hard-line opinions made many in Wismar his enemies. He funded a society to attack municipal environment alderman Fritjof Böhme who openly hated the 'extremist'. His own wife Sina and especially teen son Jannis can't wait to turn back his radical saving measures at home. But a surprising link decides the case.
