I think these guys are just genuinely hilarious and they all have a great dynamic friendship between each other. Seeing them come up with these innovative ideas and follow through with them makes the show.
However, I find fault in that the show feels overly-produced, and it makes the comedy/conflicts feel very forced. I would drastically cut down on all the studio-filmed commentary, or get rid of it all together. Most the time they're just retelling the same punchlines we just saw, or they fake argue with each other, and it gets quite annoying. I think the show could do without it, as it cheapens it to a "real housewives" type of feel. The show needs to have a more authentic focus to it.
Otherwise, I find the personalities very entertaining and think this show's concept has the potential to develop.

Truthfully, I expected a typical "Jersey Shore" stigma but this show projected a real sense of comradery among friends as well as the aspects of confidence and self-determination to go out there and work it out until you find the opportunities you want in life.
