Kelly asks about "quadrant 12" of the store. A quadrant, by definition, is one-fourth of something. There cannot be more than 4 quadrants.
Kelly asks if anyone knows what a DCPI [sic] is. A DPCI is an inventory stock number, like a SKU or UPC, but is unique to the Target brand. If Cloud 9 used a similar stock number, it would be impossible for Kelly to have ever done her job without knowing what one is.
