Sex & Nudity

  • Some of the character skins are a bit suggestive. Mainly the female ones.
  • Some characters can reveal a lot of clothing , but private parts are not shown and and sex is not present in the game and any certain game-mode.

Violence & Gore

  • While the game has guns they are all very fake looking and if you shoot someone there is no blood.
  • People shoot and kill each other no blood ever when you get shot numbers are shown over your head telling you how much damage you take .
  • Extremely mild cartoon violence
  • Blood is not in Fortnite, It's basically Nerf Guns. It does have guns with mild cartoon violence with action and some terror from the zombies in Save the World.
  • Frequent action violence, but the stylized graphics and lack of blood mitigates the impact of the violence.
  • There are lots of different weapons to choose from such as rifles, shotguns, pistols, snipers and SMGs although when you shoot an enemy no blood or gore is shown but instead numbers come up on the screen to tell you to amount of damage you have dealt to them and when you or the enemy dies the characters turns into pixels and disappears.

Profanity

  • Ramirez can insult some husks in Save The World
  • Profanity does not appears in the game but some players can tell inappropriate words
  • Not really much profanity to get kids swearing, maybe some light stuff in dramatic scenes
  • Peter Griffin uses the word "wench" if you fight him as a female skin.
  • Some songs in the game featured censored profanity.
  • One user for dam.
  • Some online players use language that is deffenetly not ok for kids or even some adults.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Many healing items called "Small Shield Potion, Slap Juice, Shield Potion, Slurp Juice, Chug Jugs, and more.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • If you are playing another mode (Duos/Squads), you can be knocked down or knock someone else and can be executed or execute them. This isn't graphic at all, but them still being alive and trying to get away could be offensive to some.
  • Certain parts of the game may contain flashing lights and patterns that could trigger epileptic seizures. However this is infrequent but can still happen.
  • While the game is in no way realistic the game modes can be very chaotic especially when encountering other players.
  • Unaware players who get sniped could get slightly scared, but its nothing disturbing.
  • Some of the husks in Save the World could appear a bit frightening, as they chase the player. If a husk is shot and defeated, they fade to ashes
  • The ending events for seasons can be intense while some your players end up safe while other times their fates are left unknown. However these events aren't anymore intense than a generic action movie.
  • A unicorn named Fabio Sparklemane asks for help and talks in a demonic voice in his music pack Flake that. This music pack is no longer available, and can only be heard be players who own it.
